Very Disappointed
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very Disappointed – Misleading Description and Poor Customer Service I purchased an open-box Samsung Tab S9 FE+ from Best Buy based on the listing that clearly stated: "open-box Excellent" "Works and looks like new. Restored to factory settings." "Includes all original parts, packaging and accessories (or suitable replacement)." After driving over 30 miles to the Pasadena, TX store to pick it up, I inspected the item with a store associate and found that it did not match the advertised condition. The device had multiple sticker markings, no accessories, and most importantly, no S Pen — which was supposed to be included. When I asked about a replacement for the missing items, I was told the only option was a return and refund. I was also given a customer service number to follow up — which turned out to be non-working!! (I’ve attached a photo for proof). The next day, I looked up the correct number online and called customer service. After explaining the entire situation, I was told: “Sorry, I have nothing to do for you. This is a store issue.” Really? This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with a retailer. The product did not match the description, and neither the store nor customer service took responsibility. I will not be purchasing from Best Buy again, and I certainly won’t be recommending them to others.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The tablet is not very useful as most of the applications are in vertical position with no way to turn it around - even if the "Rotate" link is used - instructions are not very clear and succinct, I would not recommend this tablet to anyone unless the issues are addressed.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If your Galaxy phone or tablet won't stop rotating its screen, or, on the other hand, if it does not rotate at all, don't panic. Your device comes with screen rotation settings built right in. It's just a matter of making sure you have the correct settings in place. You can make your device's screen rotate freely with Auto rotate or lock it in one position using either Portrait or Landscape mode. Take a look at, "Turn your Galaxy phone's or tablet's screen rotation on or off" to learn more about using this feature on your device. If you have any questions for us afterward or if you would like any further assistance, please let us know by contacting Samsung Support at your earliest convenience. Missing items and broken pencil
