I have always loved the way Samsung designs each and every one of there products. Everyone in my household has a Galaxy phone and tablets. But this tablet is beyond my explanation of how good it actually works. I guess thats why i am a fan of this product as well as the brand. Never letting us down is what Samsung does. Keep it coming with the greatest tech.

Very Disappointed – Misleading Description and Poor Customer Service I purchased an open-box Samsung Tab S9 FE+ from Best Buy based on the listing that clearly stated: "open-box Excellent" "Works and looks like new. Restored to factory settings." "Includes all original parts, packaging and accessories (or suitable replacement)." After driving over 30 miles to the Pasadena, TX store to pick it up, I inspected the item with a store associate and found that it did not match the advertised condition. The device had multiple sticker markings, no accessories, and most importantly, no S Pen — which was supposed to be included. When I asked about a replacement for the missing items, I was told the only option was a return and refund. I was also given a customer service number to follow up — which turned out to be non-working!! (I’ve attached a photo for proof). The next day, I looked up the correct number online and called customer service. After explaining the entire situation, I was told: “Sorry, I have nothing to do for you. This is a store issue.” Really? This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with a retailer. The product did not match the description, and neither the store nor customer service took responsibility. I will not be purchasing from Best Buy again, and I certainly won’t be recommending them to others.

I originally purchased this for my content. And I must say I take it everywhere with me! I love that the screen is big but smaller than a laptop.

I am pleased with the Galaxy Tablet and would recommend it to others. The screen is easy to read and can take the place of a laptop.

I liked the big screen and double speakers! But I didnt like that it doesn't come with a charger, jist a double sided C cable...had to go buy one...

Absolutely love this tablet, the best electronics product I've bought in a long time. Definitely quality at a respectable price

I bought this tablet on a whim during a sale. Normally, I am more familiar with the Apple ecosystem but this tablet has surprised me. The S pen functions much better than I had hoped and the comfort is miles ahead of the apple pencil. The biggest caveat with the FE+ is the lack of power when using art based apps. There is noticable lag in drawing using different apps that are meant for digital art. Consider a stronger tablet if you mean to create digital art, otherwise this is perfect for note taking and digital media.

Easy to learn how to use it - I like using the key board that matches it - makes using it a lot better and quicker - for me
