Tablet is beyond amazing, but even more impressed with Best Buy and their delivery. Was expected to arrive Monday (5 days after purchase) and instead arrived the day after purchase on Thursday. So overall Best Buy was $200 cheaper than competitors and arrived next day shipping. Outstanding experience

This tablet is someting else. I was originally going to get the plus not ultra but wasnt in stock and glad i got the ultra instead. The pen is just awesome completely different than the s pen on a galaxy phone i habe the s22 ultra wasnt expecting that my only con about the device its only wifi not abke to get service which is disappointing

I didnt think about how big this tablet is, it is beautiful! It performs great, i draw on it and can do my emails on it and be able to see everything.

Awesome tablet. Screen display is next level. Extremely adapative and the connectivity from my phone to the tablet is great. I upgraded from the S8+. This was a great upgrade. The battery life on the tablet is great as well.

Best tablet I've ever used, maybe just a tad too big.

The tablet it's self is quite nice. It's very fast and I can run multiple apps side by side without lag. For someone like me that loves to multitask and always has tons of chrome tabs open this is perfect for me. The size makes it difficult to maneuver while I'm drawing on it, but I've started watching all my shows on it exclusively. I've given it 1 star solely due to Samsung's incredibly poor customer service and faulty payment processing on their official website. I've only had the tablet just over 3 months when I accidently cracked the screen. I went online to their website to start a repair order. I put in all my information, got to the payment portion and it said something was wrong with my card and it couldn't be processed. I changed cards and got the same message. Refreshed the page, logged in and logged out. I had the same issue. Then it occured to me to check my account to make sure I hadn't been charged, even though their site said they couldn't process the payment. And lo and behold, they charged my card for $471 dollars TWICE. $942. I called and explained what happened. They asked me for a ticket number that I never got because their website said it couldn't process the payment. After 2 and a half hours and 4 different representatives, I finally had a ticket number and repair set up. I sent it off the same day. I received an email last week on the 9th that my repair had been complete. I was confused because I was told I would have to pay again. And no one contacted me for payment. I called them and asked them if it had in fact been repaired. The man I spoke to said yes. It was marked complete on the 9th and not mailed back until 3 days later. And when it arrived was it fixed? NO The put a letter in box saying it could not be fixed. So I get back on the phone with both Samsung and their chosen repair place. After the first Samsung representative got tired of waiting for the tech place to answer our 3 way call they hung up. So once I had the repair shop on the line I had call again to get another Samsung representative on the line. Who told me that they had my tablet for 9 days and they have no record of anyone reaching out to me for payment. And it was returned unrepaired because I did not pay. Another ticket was set up and I again sent it off the same day. They marked it as received yesterday and though I was told i wouldn't be charged until the work was finished they have already charged my account. So hopefully it actually gets fixed. I have been using Samsung products for years. This is not the first issue I've had using their official website. Life happens and if this is the standard they have for customer repairs, I'd rather spend my money else where. I will never purchase another product from Samsung once my flip5 and this tablet die. And I will no longer recommend any product either. So many people stop and ask me about my phone and I always rave about it. Not a single kind word about this company or it's products will ever cross my lips again. A mulit-billion dollar company having a janky website and faulty payment processor is absolutely unacceptable.

For this open box for $840 which was already deep discount and was offered $100 e gift card too. Such an amazing deal. Love this tablet. It's huge and so easy on eyes. Use it as work laptop with a thurd party keyboard case and also use it as tab with S pen. Have iPad too and it doesn't come close to this beast.

I bought this as an open box and it was a bargain! I also have the S8+ and S9 FE tablets but this was is much bigger. I'm surprised how thin this tablet is. Colors are second to none and performance is great!
