The power button is difficult to operate after Cover was applied. Screen Protector was VERY difficult to apply well. Air impossible to elimiate unless you are an expert. However I like the screren size.

In the settings app you can adjust the location, color, and size of the keyboard. You can also enable touch sensitivity, especially as you've mentioned using a screen protector this setting is very helpful. The air bubbles you mentioned with the screen protector will continue to become less and less noticeable as you continue to use the device as well. "Good" Tablet marked as "Exellent" in Athens Ga.

I'm giving it a 1 star though because the Tab s9 Ultra at the Athens Ga store that is marked as "Exellent" is not in "Exellent" condition and I know that for a fact because I'm the one who returned it, and it was already an opened box "Good" condition when bought it. I bought it from the Gwinnette store as an opened box "Good" condition. Now, Athens store reposted it as "Exellent". I doesn't have the original packaging, it doesn't have the charging cablet, it doesn't have the sim card opener, and it has smudgy fingerprings all over the screen. Therefore, by Best Buy's on description as "Exellent", it doesn't qualify for that. Also, when I got it from the other store, it had been sitting in the back for who knows how long with a completely dead battery, which greatly effects battery life. Athens knows it was already an opened box "Good" too, because the label marking it as so is still on the bubble wrab bag they gave it to me in.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.To be fair, my biggest complaint is that I have the wifi only version, and I wish I could use it in more places (I would use it for navigation in the vehicle!). Around the house, and at any place that offers a hot spot, I enjoy the exceptional clarity and the incredibly large display. The price was a bit of a concern at the beginning because you can get a whole laptop for the same amount. However, over the past 6 months that I have had it I will say that I almost never let it leave my side. Oddly, the fact that it is more compact than a laptop allows me to quickly snag it up and take it places I might have decided not to take a cumbersome laptop. Plus, I have a Samsung phone, so it synchs to it while I am home. Then I can just leave the phone on the charger and take the tablet with me around the house. Super handy. And no tablet has the screen to compete with this one. I was skeptical at first, but it has proven over time to feel like possibly one of the best purchases I have made.

It looks like that previous owner established and account and it was unable to be removed. Store manager was very rude and unable to contact other store to verify if the other one close to the store (45 minutes away) was functioning.

No one helped after to get the passcode to disable the store mode, it’s a shame and didn’t know the whole team including geek squad agents, customer care agents and the store at mountain avenue duarte were so unprofessional . Completely dissatisfied and disappointed. Each one keeps passing the issue to another
