I would give it a higher rating if the keyboard worked flawlessly. It does not always connect electrically when I set the tablet on the contacts.

Purchased this Item For My Wife ! Never was able to Set up ! Purchased over a Year ago . My Wife Has Passed Away and Never Got to Use It . She tried tho Set It Up but to No Avail ! Samsung told her that Sounded Like Someone Had already set Up The Item . Factory Reset The Tablet And Never Changed Anything . Now I Have A Piece Of Junk ! That Never Worked . I Definitely do not Recommend This Item !

Purchased a Open Box Item in Excellent condition. Supposed to be geek squad verified and certified. Received it and tried to set up the tablet and was stopped dead in my tracks with a samsung alert advising to enter the previous credentials due to an un authorized tablet reset!! WoW Best Buy $1,000 tablet really??? Well its going back!! Along with a police report.

Its was scheduled to pickup today. When i went to the store the told me that i have to wait more days ( didn't tell me when) because it did't arrive. The worst part is that i purchased on july 6. If I had bought it on Amazon it would have arrived days ago. Never again going to buy in Best buy. Worst customer service in town.

With time Samsung has only refined the Galaxy Tab and this is the best iteration of it by far obviously. I had a 7+ previous to this and a 6 before that. When I got the 7+ at the time I was disappointed with its size in comparison to the 6. The 6 had been so much more portable in my mind and the 7+ just seemed to large. Over time though I got used to it and found the extra screen space to be more desirable. I personally do not have the same issue others state with the size of the 9 Ultra. I guess I just have big hands. What I find interesting is how few people are commenting on the thinness of this device. Perhaps enhanced buy its over all dimensions but I cant get over how thin it is but its rigged and I detect absolutely no flex in it. Not that it affects how it performs or anything but I sit and wonder how its even possible for it to be this thin and ridged at the same time. Also, for whatever reason it seems lighter than the 7+. I have not weight it but I have held both in my hands, the 7+ seems heavier. How is that possible when I am told the 9 Ultra is almost twice the weight? Performance, obviously faster than the 7+, features remain the same, just more refined. There may be others I have not seen or noticed given the way I use it but for the most part for me it just seems like a improved version of the 7+. Better working ...everthing. I primarily upgraded because Samsung was having a trade in deal where when done, I go a brand new Ultra with 512 storage for $578. That means I dont have to worry about the OS for a few years or the battery going out like you might on an older device like this. Cons: Still think battery life could be better. Price: Can not imagine paying full price for this. Would not do it.

Great tablet with an amazing screen and overall performance.

There's nothing about this tablet I don't like. Love it. It's much heavier than my old tablet. That would be my concern to write down for anyone else who is interested in buying this tablet. But you'll get use to it.

I love this tablet to do drawing and work on. Super easy to use anywhere with a high res screen that makes everything enjoyable.
