This is top knotch tablet. We own a ipad pro and it didn’t come close to this tablet in speed, looks and performance.

This is a great tablet. The keyboards you can attach are not good proxies for keyboards on laptops. They're unstable. But get the job done. The current holiday price says $120 off to bring it to $1199 for the 512GB version but that is what I paid as a full price in early October (no discount). Not really a deal or on sale.

Great screen, its fast, sound is great, and its still going strong. Not much to complain about.

Brought as a gift for myself to upgrade my tab 6 during pre-release. I love it. Picture is super clear. Tab is Super smooth. Love everything about it.

Hi, this is the best tablet at the beginning of 2024. It is perfect for media consumption, streaming games, productivity apps, and daily use. Although I use IOS for my mobile device, the Apple alternative to the Samsung tablet is inferior. They might promote the m2 chip as a more powerful option, but truthfully, there is no justified use case for me. Additionally, the Apple iPad has a 4:3 screen ratio, which makes all recent movies look too small or crowded.

SO FAR, I ENJOY THIS TABLET. IT IS RESPONSIVE, AND THE COLOR IS VIVID. I WANTED SOMETHING WITH A LARGER SCREEN SIZE, BUT NOT A LAPTOP. THUS, SO FAR, IT HAS WORKED TO FILL THIS DESIRE.

Buyer Beware, Open Box - Best Buy and Samsung/Servify Scam. Personal information leaked. I purchased a Samsung Tablet S9 Ultra from Best Buy on Jan 21. On May 15, Servify sent me a message on the tablet reading” Samsung has disabled this device due it to being stolen.” Not knowing Servify is Samsung care plus company, I notified Samsung Technical Support via a different number than on the tablet because I thought I had been hacked. This is when I found out that it was in fact Samsung who had disabled the device. Samsung Support advised I needed to go to Best Buy and verify my purchase. I drove to Best Buy with my Electronic receipt, Tracking number from order and credit card statement. The Best Buy Manager in customer service spoke with Samsung and hung up the phone and advised it was not their problem. They sold me a perfectly good device and told me that I can try a Samsung authorized repair center (U Broke I Fix) or I can purchase a new device and that I could not return the current device due to it being locked and it being past the time frame of the return policy. Not willing to give up and spend another 1000.00 dollars I headed to U Broke I Fix who was unable to help and advised if Samsung disabled the device than it is pretty much a paper weight. After 5 hours and a dozen phone calls giving out my phone number, email, and actual address and never being allowed to speak with a supervisor, I finally reached a claims dept. This person texted me on my phone while I was speaking on the phone with her requesting pictures of receipt, box, tablet, tracking order and when it was picked up at the store, as well as a modified credit card statement of the purchase. She verified that she received all the information, and it was legible on the images received. I asked if she could reactivate the device and she advised no that it was stolen. After many more phone calls and 2 days later, device still not reactivated. Filed a report with the local Sheriff's Office and placed a fraudulent claim with my credit card company. Still with no resolution or communication. I now am suddenly receiving fraudulent unrelated emails about charges on false accounts, including about a PC protection plan I did not purchase. So not am I only out money but my personal information is compromised. Next stop BBB and Consumer Affairs. I will never utilize Best Buy or purchase another Samsung product. I guess it’s time to try Apple.

Absolute best way to enjoy movies. YouTube is hit or miss but mostly due to their compression of videos.

This product delivers all it promises in a functional package. Its speed in processing is appreciated for us with busy lives. Not waiting and moving between applications makes working a breeze. Screen clarity exceptional. The larger size allows one to open multiple windows with ease. It does take a little time to get use to the larger size of this tablet, but not too long. Ordering and delivery through Best Buy was easy and dependable. Worth the price. A winner.

I like it I would suggest getting it though if you want a large tablet with a longer length with a good amount of width.
