It has great features, my favorite is reminding to get up and move. Easy to use. The battery lasts 2 days. I get my phone calls, my messages and emails. The only draw back with the Active smartwatch 1, is that you can not answer your telephone call on the watch. I would recommend the Active 2 instead. Overall performance is excellent.

For her what's important is tracking her steps. What she loves with the feature is when she's at work and not active for a while the watch remind her to get up from her office chair to do some simple workout. Like stretching. She loves that it shows her stress level too. Waterprooff is a plus. No need to take off when taking a shower.overll all great watch.
