It keeps track of my heart rate, steps taken, and stress level plus so many more options. There are too many watch faces I can count that you can get and download directly to the watch. It has great battery life, is lightweight, and most of the time you don't realize you have it on.

Doesn't track stairs very well, but I've tried nearly all of them and none do. Samsung should have a feature to add the stairs manually when it does not recognize the activity. Think the steps are accurate, but nothing really to compare it to. Think the Active 2 is a better watch, but too expensive for my needs.

I wanted something that looked feminine and wasn't an Apple watch and this was it. I love Samsung products in general and was pleased again with this purchase. The only thing I wish this did that it doesn't is integrate with Google apps like Music and Calendar, but it's easy enough to use with the Samsung apps on my phone.

It did take me a while to figure out how to work the watch, though (probably because I am 54 years old, and not 13). I wish the watch would have had an extra band to switch out; the gray looks rather blah on my pasty white skin. I've been told I can purchase bands that will fit.
