Purchased instead of an Apple Watch because of cost and compatibility with offline Spotify. Worked well enough with my iPhone (not as seamless or easy as it would be to pair with a Samsung phone, but could access all features easily enough.) liked the design, and found it generally adequate for joe I use it. But after about a month, was a mess. Heart monitor and step counter stopped working (or worked intermittently). Will not pair with my phone no matter what I do. After multiple unsuccessful calls with customer service sent for repair... waiting on the result, but had a nightmare experience even getting it to Samsung (told different things by multiple folks, no follow up, struggles getting a shipping label.... took 3 months just to send it in!) At this point I wish I could just get a refund instead of a repair or replacement. Spend the extra $50 for an Apple Watch if you’re not a dedicated Samsung user.
