Great watch with excellent features. I wish the band was made better. After 1 month of use, the band surface material started peeling off. It looks hideous.

I was a little disappointed to learn the watch isn't cellular, although I was told that I could answer and make phone calls from it. A nice watch for fitness though.

I like it so far, dont like care for the microphone too much, it has been acting up, might take it back and getting replaced but other than that is easy to use not bulky at all.

I'm not computer savvy & this one is very difficult to learn..it keeps jumping into some type of Exercise mode & can't shut it off quickly. So I just let it run on & on & on...

Watch face scratches very easily! Cannot have face replaced, have to get a new watch, then have to purchase new protection also. Not worth buying watch. Protection cost $40,

Returned another Samsung watch. I just don't have any luck with Samsung. Watch would not connect with my Pixel.

It’s a great watch. However, I wondered if it was used because the box of the watch did not contain a booklet about the product. I know I was buying a new watch.

I love the idea of a Samsung watch but the screen is way too small for.someone who cant see 20/20 vision. I would always have to squint. The comfort of the watch was okay.

Its a good watch with lots of features. Only thing is the gps is really off. If you are buying this for a gps watch get something else!

nice watch, nothing less than i expected. Watch face did come apart from base recently, of course after my warranty expired.

Good looking watch, BUT when I said I will use with my phone Bluetooth, I MEANT that if images from my phone I can STILL use the watch to TALK

Do not buy any open box items from Best Buy. They incorrectly advise that the item is warranteed, but that is not the case. This item stopped working but by the time I purchased it, it was already out of manufacturer's warranty, and no warranty or service repair was available through Best Buy. Wasted so much time to figure this out, and basically threw away $130. Lesson learned

watch is too small for a man. It feels comfortable but the design is a little bit cheap. It is a fair watch if you just use it to count steps but not a fashion watch to wear

Very disappointed in 2 important areas: 1. The gps is inaccurate. I can walk the same loop and, from day to day, the distance can be off by .12 miles every 1.0 miles walked...not good! 2. The HR monitor will decide not to work for an entire walk. No date recorded during walk. Go figure. Next time I'll buy a real sport watch like a Garmin.

I would have loved this watch if only it worked with my phone. I have a blackberry keyone operating on android. It paired fine, all the options worked EXCEPT notifications. I lied, it did for about 5 minutes. I checked all the fixes on Samsung, and the final word on solving the issue was to return it! After 24 hours of struggle, I did. I exchanged it for a Garmin Vivoactive 3 and it works like a charm. The graphics aren't as fancy, but it does everything and more. I'm sorry, Samsung. I really tried.

You can't receive texts or send messages. It's mostly for fitness and maybe reminders. It tells you when someone is calling but you can't answer.

The watch is nice and my wife liked the looks of the watch. The one thing that bothers her about it is that it disconnects from the phone constantly.

I was under the impression I could talk on this watch. You can answer, but phone needs to be close or have on a Bluetooth. Also missing the extra bands.

Worked well for a few months, then failed to charge. Couldnt get the device to charge again, and had some problems with connectivity

So, you can use it for about a day to a day and a half, and have to be without it for 2 hours to charge?!...
