NOT WATER RESISTANT!

It got splashed on, but was never submerged. Stopped working afterwards. I sent it to Samsung and they refused to pay for repair because of water damage. Do not use in water, even with the specifications they say it can be used as "water resistant." I will never buy Samsung again because their customer service was horrible.

I was informed it was going to cost me $140 to repair. It should have been covered under warranty but they said the warranty doesn't cover the motherboard or touch screen. Not sure what the warranty is for. Needless to say, they are sending my watch back to me unrepaired. Guess I am on the hunt for another smartwatch.

It does NOT correctly track calories burned. I take a 55 minute high intensity Fusion class and it shows calories burned at 220. Other people in the same class average between 375 and 475. If I accidentally touch the face of the watch during a workout, it stops recording the workout. I have to restart the workout on the watch. The auto detect workout feature only works sometimes. I really researched these watches and compared them to Fitbit versa. This was not an impulse purchase. I really believed that this was my best option. I was so wrong.

I wished there were more basic apps available on it so I could have at least been able to have my email connected without having my phone connected. I ended up returning it.

When I try to pause or stop the app (Strava), the screen is rendered useless with my sweaty fingers. It would have been better to have the bezel to control the watch in this situation (or allow apps to reassign the side buttons for certain actions.).
