I really like this smart watch. I previously had a Fit Bit Blaze that I damaged while working. So I was inclined to get the Versa, while looking at the choices I saw this Samsung and thought it looked nicer. I have not been disappointed . If I had any complaints it would be the battery life is a little shorter than I expected and I liked the sleep tracker on the Fit Bit a little better. That said, over all I like this watch better.

I have never owned a smart watch before and was really interested in buying one. Since I owned an s9 it would make sense to get this, the Galaxy watch active since it was a Samsung product and the cheapest of the kind they offered. After owning it for over a month, I can easily say I could not go without it. My phone has remained on silent ever since I got this and manage all my notifications off the watch. The screen is nice and sharp, only downside is the size of those bezels but for $200 it does good for it's price range. As for the fitness part, its nice to be able to keep track of my steps, calories burned, calories consumed, heart rate, stress and more all from my wrist. I know it might not be the most accurate measurement of these things but it helps you get a rough image, and having that rough image can really be motivational. Makes you want to improve and such, day after day. A major plus of the watch, for myself atleast, is the sleep tracking. The Samsung health app gives me a nice breakdown of my previous nights rest, I can't say how accurate it is but it is very nice to have. Knowing how much deep sleep, REM, light and how often I've been up at night really helps me paint a picture as to what might be affecting and can plan ahead nicely. Last thing to mention is the battery life, the watch is small so I didn't expect much but I get a nice day and a half from it, charge it whenever I shower or any random chance and have never had it die on me yet. It's a nice watch and it's really made it's way into my life. Also Samsung pay on my wrist is always amazing. If you want it, get it, or save up for 2.

Love my watch, I just wish it had a longer battery life. It only lasts for a day and a half. I wish the heartrate would show up in the app or phone more like the Fitbit. I also don't find it's very accurate when monitoring sleep. It shows I have slept at certain times I know that I was awake. It is very comfortable and I get compliments on it often. Even with the few flaws, I would definitely buy the watch again and I do like it.

I've had the original Samsung gear. Gear s2 sport, gear s3 frontier (LTE) and now the galaxy watch active. This watch is just as good as the rest. Its not a huge upgrade from the Gear s3, but it has a few new features (but no MST). I can't get 2 full days battery out of it like some people claim, but I never have gotten 2 full days out of a smartwatch. The smaller size was hard to get used to, but now I love it.

I love my Galaxy active watch. It feels great on my wrist and it is a very lite watch, comfortable to wear even while sleeping. The only big downfall about the watch is I almost need to charge it Every night. It only gets a day and a half out of a full charge which sucks because I like to wear it to sleep to monitor my sleep cycle. I still love the watch though its hard going from my Fitbit charge 2 that battery lasts 5 days.

I bought the black watch and considering the price of $200 and the fact that it integrates well with my note 9 I give it 5 stars. Only cons are battery life not being as great as it could be. I get about 36 hours with it before needing to charge. I definitely look at my phone less as notifications can lead to distractions. My wife loved it so much that I went out and bought her the rose gold one.

Bought this watch for my wife when I purchased myself the Samsung Watch for myself. So far she loves the watch and wears it everyday. We both use our watches to track our exercise routines with the Samsung Health app and it makes tracking workouts super easy. Definitely would purcahse again or purchase a newer model when that time come.

This watch is my second Galaxy watch. With both watches, the biggest negative is a short battery life. It lasts about 2 days as long as I reduce the amount of notifications that come through. It is a very comfortable watch and a nice size. I like the watch face that uses photos from my phone, but that also uses more battery. I like the features of the watch and it is very user friendly.

So I have owned Samsung products for years. I had the Gear s2 when it had come out and was thinking of upgrading to another one. I ultimately chose this one and I glad I did, but there are a few things I'm missing about my Gear s2. First, the battery. I mean, even towards the end of my s2's life, I could get 2 days and 3 nights on it easily. But this watch? I'm lucky if I get a day and a half, which is pretty disappointing. Another thing, and I knew it wouldn't have it when I bought it, is the rotating bezel. I LOVED the bezel, it made flipping through all the screens on the watch easy, and this watch sadly doesn't even have it where you can run your fingers around the screen to switch between screens. Now I have to swipe through each screen, which is annoying when you have more than 5 widgets. C'mon Samsung, don't fix something that isnt broken!! Lastly, is how you can't talk on the watch. I distinctly remember being able to answer calls and talk on my s2, and this doesn't have it, which is REALLY disappointing. But overall, it's a good little watch that does what I want it to, which is tell time, count steps, give me notifications from my phone, and let me send texts. I kinda wish I could keep my other one, but this one will do until Samsung pulls it together!

The watch is ok for the price. Things I liked were the screen, the band and the functionality and ease of operating it. What I didn't like and the reason why I gave it 3 stars, no speaker, battery life isn't on par with other smartwatches out there. And the size of the watch felt more like it's for women more than men.

First smart watch for me and it does the job. Price was great and does just about everything I need from a fitness perspective. Only complaints are it doesn't have a speaker and it's not terribly easy to load music on to it as there is no interaction between the watch and Google music as far as uploading music.

Bought this for my 69 year old mom for Christmas. She loves it. She has the Galaxy S20 phone and it set up perfectly. She is a walker and loves to be able to track her footsteps and heart rate. So far the battery life is great and all notifications from her phone pop up on her watch. It was the perfect gift for her.

This smartwatch does everything so seamlessly and elegantly. Connects to all platforms, android and ios. It sleek looking for a sports centric watch. I bought this for my wife who is a bit of a gym head...she absolutely loves it and has abandoned all her other smart watches as this basically foots the bill for all occasions.

This is a great watch for anyone interested in a watch made for fitness. In addition to tracking workouts, it monitors stress and heart rate, reminds you to get up and move, and so much more. It's also really comfortable on my wrist, which was a concern as I don't normally wear watches.

This is my 3rd Samsung Wearable. I like the sporty sleek design of it. Sleep tracking could be a little better. Step count seems pretty accurate. The battery life could be a little better, but overall it is a good dependable apart watch. Love the wireless charging. Not thrilled Samsung is already releasing a Watch active 2 and I've only had this watch for a little over a month
