I do 4-5 water aerobics classes a week. My original Samsung watch was good but this one is far better. First, the band is comfortable, very comfortable. Second, the watch face is perfect size to read without glasses. Third, it is so easy to track activity results. With Samsung Health, I am able to see the results. What an inspiration! Liked my old Samsung but the new Active is awesome!!

Way better option than Fitbit. Same price but way better quality than Fitbit.

I had this watch for about a year. Then one day the glass just broke without falling or being bumped off anything. Im assuming bumping it previously caused unseen damage and when it got cold it just actually fractured, but i probably wouldn't buy again.

At first I didn't think I'd actually get into this watch but I've had it for a few weeks and it has grown on me. I charge it nightly, just as my phone. It tracks my walks/run with no phone present and you're also able to connect it to bluetooth earbuds offline. Overall, I'm pleased with this purchase! (Oh and too many iPhone users are loving the circular shape , no time for squares hah)

The watch itself is awesome, as a smart watch with amazing features to work the phone from the watch itself. However the activity portion of the watch is in NO comparison to Fitbit. The work out options are limited and the health app widget did not work to show activity goals at all. Returned it cause I am a visual person and need that motivation. Hoping the Active will be an improvement.

I've recently upgraded to the Active2, but I enjoyed this watch when I had it. This watch had all the basic essentials, other than being able to actually talk on the watch. Notifications, fitness goals, etc. If you don't need to be able to talk on the actual watch and don't care about the rotating bezel, you can save at least $80 and get this one instead of the Active2.

I've been using this for a few months now and i really like the software. Switched over from a fitbit versa because the software was not as intuitive and i hated having to use a separate app. Love the fact that i can just use the watch itself and everything pushes to the Samsung fitness app already on my phone.

So far really enjoyed this watch. Easy to use and been very reliable.

I love my samsung watch! I upgraded from the samsung gear 2fit. I love the extra features, the look, durability, and battery life. I would have givin it 5 stars but the heart rate monitor doesn't seem to be too accurate. It has to be in a specific position and not too wet from sweat to work properly. I'm giving it a little while longer to see if improves. Everything else works perfectly.

The watch has a perfect size, but it is not as powerful as the regular Galaxy watch.
