Posted .Hello noes, we apologize that this has been a less than ideal experience. Bluetooth versions of the Galaxy Watch series utilize the built in mic for Bixby interaction only. You cannot take calls directly on the watch. However, you can quickly view incoming messages and send replies without even taking out your phone. A decent Galaxy Watch
