Will not dismiss an already ringing alarm...

I own a Oneplus 6t and the watch will allow you to dismiss an alarm before it starts to ring, but if you do not catch it it will not stop the phone from ringing once it has started. Otherwise it's a nice little watch. I am not too sure if this is because I do not have a Samsung phone or it is a limitation of the Galaxy Wear software but the biggest reason I purchased the watch was for this reason.
