This watch is easy to setup and does an incredible job. I love being able to change the screen settings. It seems to be a lot more accurate for monitoring sleep, HB, workouts and steps than my old one. It even compares well with an external heartbeat monitor. I would recommend this watch to anyone who wants a reasonably priced watch to keep track of your workouts and connect to your smart phone.

I am not sure why I waited so long to get my Galaxy watch. I was really missing out. I love it.

It is a good watch, only thing us the battery life, not so good. I have to charge it every night.

I love this watch!! It has great features, my favorite is reminding to get up and move. Easy to use. The battery lasts 2 days. I get my phone calls, my messages and emails. The only draw back with the Active smartwatch 1, is that you can not answer your telephone call on the watch. I would recommend the Active 2 instead. Overall performance is excellent.

Got it for wife for xmas she loves it but battery one last a day. That's her only complaint

Bought this to replace and update an aging garmin watch. I run on the treadmill and outside. When I used this to track my treadmill workout, the calories burned seemed way off, so I checked it with a chest strap heart rate monitor connected to my treadmill and with my Garmin Forerunner 35 watch. The galaxy watch active was always 300 to 400 calories low for a one hour run. I asked Samsung how to fix this and after a 6 day wait for a response their reply was that the galaxy watch active doesn't use heart rate or step count to calculate calories. They said whether you go 3 km per hour or 7 km per it will show the same calories burned. I asked if there is a way to change this so it actually uses heart rate and steps rather than just time, and user information. I have been waiting 3 days with no response. I finally just returned the watch while I could still get a full refund. I don't want a watch that won't do what it is supposed to do and what I bought it for. It is a great smartwatch, just not a good activity tracker for treadmill workouts.
