I'm probably one of the last people to of my generation to jump on the smartwatch train, so my basis for comparison is nonexistent, but this watch is pretty convenient. I like the size, and it wasn't too difficult to figure out how to use. Overall, i'm pretty happy with it.

I love it, already paid its price, my baby got himself lock inside my house and the only thing I had with me was the watch, because of that I was able to communicate with my parent to come open the door for me. Only thing bad is battery doesn't last long enough... 1 and a half day. But I do use it all the time.

This is nice looking as it replaced 20mm Galaxy S2 which had the rotary. The display is much smaller than S2 but this is handy and has great access for incoming and incoming messages. The active applications are great as well. I have samsung phones so it works great with them.

I like the watch for size, small and dainty. It is complicated for me. It is annoying that if I leave my phone in one room and go to another it keeps beeping. Plus I wanted to monitor my sleeping but I have to take it off to charge it. Mixed emotions.

I love everything about this watch from a beautiful rose gold color to the basic functions. It makes me more active, it helps me get off my lazy bum and walk and do exercise. Easy sms replies are very helpful, sleep tracking is very accurate, I only wish it had a blood pressure tester. The battery is not bad, it takes about an hour and a half to charge, and I charge it every day. Just in case I ordered a second charger, for when we travel. But with a newer phone (I have Samsung 8+) you can charge right from the phone. I really like the alarm on this watch, it is a very light tapping on your arm, so I do not need to wake my household with my regular alarm. Samsung Pay does not work everywhere on the watch yet, even though there are places where it works on the phone but not on the watch. Overall, good quality watch meets a very simple yet elegant design that looks decent even on the small wrist without looking bulky. That was the reason I picked Active instead of the regular Samsung watch.

The watch is incredible ful of features only draw is the poor battery life, watch last up to 2-3 days max, of your always on the go like myself this can be troublesome keeping it charged as my watch often does on my die to not carrying around the charging station with me.

Great size and good for a starter smart watch. You aren’t able to answer calls. But you are alerted to texts, calls, motivations. Does more of the health tracking vs detail smart watch items.

My wife has a job where she is constantly getting emails and text messages. Phones have gotten so big she can't carry it around all the time. Now she can leave I. In her purse and stay up with everything. The fitness tracking works great and there are a ton of aftermarket bands for anyy occasion.

Absolutely love it! Tracking my sleep has been so helpful, and the battery lasts for a long time! Dont need to charge it very often, just about 30-40 mins after dinner and then I put on for bed, so I can track my sleep!!!! This watch also looks nice and perfect size for me

I love my watch! I've had a Samsung watch before and when I lost it I went back to the other cheaper side. I'm so glad to be back on team Samsung, it offers everything I want in a smart watch and then some. My only negative is the battery life, but other than that I'm very satisfied.

I had this watch for 3 years it got banged up thrown around and hang in there strong, the battery life is awesome make sure you keep it updated i changed my settings for the screen to turn off quickly so my battery life lasted a couple days. Its older so it doesnt measure oxygen or have the ECG feature but it measures calories, counts your steps, you can text on it. It served its purpose for sure, it finally died on me when i went swimming in the ocean it will charge and my phone will say its on but the screen wont come on at all.... with this watch you have to switch it to waterproof settings and i didnt. I figured a mixture of that and probably had a small crack in the screen i didnt notice and the screen is gone.... but for 3 years i definitely got everything out of it i intended to!!

I decided that it was time to bow to the inevitable and get myself a fitness watch. I chose the Galaxy Watch Active because of the appearance, the price and the reviews. I'm very pleased with my choice. I really appreciate the real time heart rate monitoring. I use the walk tracking applet and monitor my rate to ensure that I raise my rate over 100 for a portion of the walk. I love the sleep monitoring, The watch is rated for two days of battery life. That is true only if you disable the "always on" screen setting, which I have done. I find that a full day of use leaves me with between 50-60% battery life remaining. I just put the watch on the charger every morning while I'm checking my email and by the time I have finished my morning routine the watch is fully charged and ready for another day. There was no difficulty in linking the watch to my Motorola phone. if I get out of range of the phone, the watch vibrates to alert me and reconnects as soon as I'm in range again.

The active watch fits a small wrist better than other models and the watch is comfortable to wear. Counts my steps accurately enough, but counting the number of floors does not work correctly for me. Text can be small and a struggle to read for some information, but that is to be expected on a small device. It has a microphone so you can voice record for texting (with my Samsung phone), but no speaker. The lack of the speaker is disappointing, but I was aware of this missing feature before purchase. I used the golf app one time and the yardage was accurate within 5 yards (compared to a phone app) and the watch found the course right away. However, it appears there is a cost to continue using the golf app after the trial period to retain the full features of the app. Screen is bright and clear. Battery lasts about two days for me and seems to take a couple hours for a full charge. The active watch fits most of my needs at a decent price so I give it a good rating, but other watches do have additional features.

I had hip surgery, and then put on weight. I am trying to lose weight now, and increase my stamina. I bought the watch about a month ago, and would get in less than 3,000 steps a day, then got fatigued. Now, a month later, I did 9,000 steps today. I still get fatigued, but it is getting better. I am losing weight by not eating after 6:00 PM, and not drinking anything with calories. The watch links in with my Samsung Galaxy S9 phone, and tells mw when I have a phone call, and who is calling. The watch doesn't pick up all my steps when I use trekking poles, mow the lawn, or push a shopping cart. I imagine it measures steps by counting arm swings. I think it might be programmable to pick up those steps, maybe by switching to a biking mode. I haven't tries that yet.

I love this watch! I had been putting off buying a smartwatch for awhile and I am glad I finally did it. For me, it's been very helpful with texts and phone calls when I am away from my phone. Plus I like being able to see my step count and heartrate. I definitely recommend this watch!

This watch is great with all its features especially with the touch bezel update but unfortunately it dies to quickly for my personal liking. I want a device I have to charge every 4 or 5 days not everyday or every other day. If you don't mind daily charging this a great choice.

I like all the functions of this watch and the capabilities. It does everything I wanted it to do. However, the battery only lasts about 2 days when all the functions are available. If you turn off the color and messaging functions and only use it for a watch and steps it may last a little longer.

I had a fitbit and it last for days, then I saw the Samsung smart activity watch and the battery last for a day. It said 5 days. I love the option of change the face on the watch and I can see it without my glasses. I also like the fact that if you get a email you can read it without going to the cell phone.

This watch is less bulky than the other Samsung watches. Major improvement on the band. It is so nice that this one tucks. I really like that there is no external ring to spin to move between screens. My only problem is that when I am changing to my next workout I have issues selecting the next one.

It was delivered fast and in perfect condition. It works off WiFi, or my cell phone without using data. The best part is, I got It for less than anywhere else I priced it. I will keep doing business with yall for sure. Happy Mother's day.
