Her only complaint is that the screen scratched WAY too easily. So for that, I took off too stars. She works in customer service and something minor brushed her watch face and left several scratches. For comparison's sake, I work in construction and have been wearing a Fitbit (which has a less durable glass) for the last year, and my screen has less severe scratches.
