I love it, light, functional and beautiful design.

Nice looking watch but I think mines was defective. Battery didn’t hold charge and had to return. The Best Buy care plan was awesome. They replaced it fast & no problems. Second watch is working well. Receives txt & sends but can’t make phone calls.

Looks great and also keeps track of your workouts.

Worked okay for the first half a year or so. Started saying I was running/ jogging when I wasn't. Was a little basic but overall was a good first time smartwatch.

The feel and the ability to see the face is great.

My wife loved hers was given as a anniversary gift

This design is great but the functionality is very limited. Better to just get the newer versions that have Googles android store on them for all the watch apps. Best Buy should have that too.

I swam with it and it stopped working, I got a new one and the screen froze once already. If I want to return it I have to pay 40 dollars for the warranty again. It has been a little disappointing:(

I can not connect to answer calls on my phone, That was the reason I got the watch. My fit bit does the same for less money I would have returned it but I past the returned date because I was out of town

I went from a fit bit where I was averaging 15,000- 20,000 a day and now 12,000-15,000. The button are slow acting and tou can't talk on the watch like you can on Apple. Still, I like the watch and it's overall appearance.

Puechased this watch for a fathers day gift in july and it stopped working already …. Inreally wanted to love the watch but not even 3 months later and it doesnt work anymore …. Very disappointed

Battery lasts less than 2 days when used with all apps working. If you want it to measure your sleep and your workouts when are you going to find time to charge it. I wouldn't waste my money.

Nice features, but it is not user friendly for someone not tech savvy. Have had numerous issues with setting it up, and with other operations. No user manual, so a lot of searching on line to see what others have done to get it to work properly.

I love the watch...the only thing I didnt like was the lack of mics they had so you can makes call on your watch without using your cellphone. Get the active2 watch if you want to make call on it, if no this one is great to use.

Nice watch for the price however its better to get the Samsung galaxy watxh active 2 LTE because you're able to leave your phone at home. Bluetooth capability one only able to go so far without phone at your hip.

Upgraded from a Fitbit Versa and thinking about going back........ Although it has more options than the Fitbit Versa the battery has to be charged everyday. Very unhappy with this purchse.

It's been a good smartwatch, with all the features I need. The lower review is because just under a year after purchase, the watch battery suddenly started failing. will try and return under waranty.

Samsung is heading in the write direction with this item. I do like this watch but it will lock up and shut down. It sometimes will zoom out and will not return back to its original size to fit the face until you shut it down and reboot.

Neither email nor messaging is an option with this watch if your phone is not a Samsung so if those features are important and you have a non-Samsung phone as I do, don't buy this watch. A great watch but the compatibility problem is real.

Band peeled within a few short weeks of use. Samsung support said its normal wear and tear and not covered under warranty. Watch is user friendly and has good battery life. I just expected better quality for the band.
