Watch battery life seems to have gone to almost nothing already. It looks nice and pairs with my phone better but I wish at this point I would have stayed with fitbit.

It started with striated lines & random vibrating & now it will not power on. Luckily, I think, I have insurance on it & have an appt with the geek squad. Hopefully, they'll be able to fix or correct with no additional charge to me.

I suggest the Active 2 instead because it has a A Mic & speaker

Was used for approximately 30 days before it started acting up. Was taken into Best Buy, was told they couldn’t help us because it was 1 day after 30 day in store purchase. Samsung was also no help. The watch was not misused and literally the screen just went black. Ultimately I believe the watch is junk and not worth the money spent, Best Buy and Samsung should stand by the products they sold.

Had only about 3 weeks and had to take in 3 times to get help. Each time 30 to minutes with Samsung rep Would work for a very short period and then stop hoping.again. Here's Will follow up later
