Again this product was considered to be in excellent contain and it had nicks all over the aluminum part of the watch. It didn’t have any paper work and it didn’t come in it’s original box so I think this too is a satisfactory even though the box labeled “good”. I’m very disappointed because I’m a faithful shopper of Bestbuy but some of its stores are not making good judgement of the open box products.

My Active stopped working after 3 months and Samsung will not honor warranty. Bad seal caused water damage while washing hands. Customer service is a joke...keep getting the run around. Company lost their customer focus. I paid $136 at BestBuy and Samsung wants $156 to fix.

Screen failed

Sent the product into to have it fixed and they tried to charge me 150 dollars to repair it. Very disappointed in the quality of a so called "active" product. Will never buy again.

Still can't wear it as it was missing a strap

Still can't wear my watch there was a missing side on Large size straps. Called $amsung and still have not received my straps. I even did my part and followed up sending them purchase info. they requested. Sad because I have $amsung everything.

I bought this to replace my fitbit and it sadly does not compare. Not having a speaker its not a suitable phone alternative. Ultimately it was a waste of my money as I got another Fitbit.

My "BACK" stopped working, and now the touch screen is nonresponsive. I am working with Samsung to get it fixed, but that will cost more money again, so it might not even be worth fixing. There is no physical damage, and after looking online for some answers, it seems that this is a prevalent issue. I wish I would have known before I spent money on this

The problem comes if you touch the screen, the font gets so large it can’t be read and there is no way to reduce the size back down without turning it on and off. Now that I’ve had the watch for 3 weeks and the return period is past, I am stuck with a watch that I need to cycle the power on every couple of hours. Seems like this should be able be returned since it doesn’t work properly.
