A basic watch that does not let you make calls or answerthem.

Strap was so poor and the top layer was removing but the watch is really good. They need to make sure the strap is in good quality and also please release a new watch with 42mm or 44 mm

I'm not loving this watch, it's not accurate at all

Salesman promoted capability to monitor blood pressure, but watch doesn’t do that. Step counter is very unreliable. Watch hands froze and required factory reset to recover. Don’t buy this dumb watch.

Never recieved, called to report no delivery so you sent me a replacement. Recived the second watch, very bad shape open box but price dropped below open box price, returned and bought brand new one for same price. Son happy with new watch.

I just purchased watch for Father’s Day for my husband and he’s already having problems ! The watch want charge or come on now! We haven’t had it 30 days yet. They do not give you 30 days to return! I wish I never purchased it.

This is my first smart watch, I have been very happy with various G-Shock models for the past decade or more. The watch’s screen is amazingly clear and is very responsive to touch. I was afraid it would be too small, but it is very close to the size of the watches I am used to. It took only minutes to set up and connect to my Honor 6X, and soon I was playing around with all the features. The array of faces available is bewildering! I have tried so many and still can’t find one that has everything I am looking for, mainly because I find a new feature or begin using one more and look for that in another face. As a watch, it does that job very well, whether you want analog or digital, simple or feature-packed. It shows texts and email in a slightly cramped space, but gives a great preview of what you can finish on your phone. Its step counter is pretty reliable and it does have a decent heart monitor. I am sure there are more features I will find useful as I continue exploring. I bought a couple of third-party watch bands and was quite impressed by how simple it was to change between them. After a couple of weeks using it, it has held up well with no visible scratches or marks. The battery life is pretty good, I end up charging it every night with my phone so that it has some reserve in case something comes up. I guess the best evidence for the usefulness is that I have not put my G-Shock back on since I began using the Active. For the price, it may be a stretch to justify, but it is very useful and looks pretty decent as well. Since the face can be changed in seconds, it can be adapted for about any situation.

It's very disappointing to get a product and not be able to utilize the features that should be on the phone. For some feet reason this watch allows you to answer calls, text, email but you can not talk from this device.

I ended up returning the Samsung Galaxy watch active as I wanted a watch that made phone calls. This Watch is really no better than a fit bit.

I exchanged this for the 42" GW in Rose Gold. I'm an average size woman with an average size wrist I found the Active to appear to be just too small like it was made for a child.

I allowed the watch to charge overnight. However, I could not get passed the "Rebooting..." Too frustrating for me. I returned it and got a fitbit.

I bought this watch in hopes it would have all the fitness tracking capabilities as the FitBit/Versa. It was a definite disappointment! Also, don't consider this watch if you're an iPhone user as it does not pair well.

Very user unfriendly and now the face went giant and I can't fix it. Highly inaccurate in respect to steps. But it looks nice :) It'll probably live in the junk drawer.

I bought galaxy active because it was the cheapest smartwatch available at that time. GPS is finicky. incompatible with Apple health. Waste of $200.

Can’t give a review but figure i would do it for the points. Bought this for me gf for her birthday and she didn’t want it quite the letdown but what can you do

It did not last 6 months, then the screen start to be blue and shady. POOR QUALITY AT HIGH PRICE. best buy refused to repair it and Samsung did not repair it.

This product i was not happy with as it was just the watch face. In the description it did not say that so i was not happy when i qent to pick it up.

I bought this watch for my wife and she having skin issues after using this. The scan light started giving burn marks on her hand.

I've been wanting a smart watch for awhile. I was watching the Galaxy but didn't want to spent 300+ for a watch. This was in the perfect price range to get my feet wet in the smart watch pool. The abilities are on point for the price range. It's so comfortable and very cute. It's easy to use and there's no issues with it communicating with the App. I use to own a fitbit but after years of issues with it connecting to it's own fitbit app I just gave up on fitbit. I don't foresee that being an issue with samsung. Only issue is the following: I pre-ordered for the promotional gift which is a wireless charger. The website to register is buggy and it also says my Serial number was already registered. I'm hoping that's just a glitch because this is a brand new watch from Best Buy and would have had to be fraud on someone's part. I am in contact with Samsung and their customer support is something I"m on the fence about. I was on the phone for 1.5 waiting to talk to a rep she answered and pretended she couldn't hear me and then hung up. Then I got connected to chat. He couldn't confirm if the serial number had been registered yet or not but forwarded on my issue and said I would get an email in 5 days. We shall see.

Not happy with watch. For the price it does not count steps accurately. It tells me time to get up and move when I've been sweeping and mopping or working out at gym for 1 hr.
