Liked it very much, very light weight, but needed to charge a lot, also did not find it worthy to use a smart watch.

The watch literally fell apart after 5th swim. The screen glue came off and watch just died. Because the watch has only one year warranty there was no repair or replacement option. Very poor built and I don't think it is water proof.

I bought this for full price on July 10, 2019 exactly one year ago. And it just stopped turning on. Had power because it vibrated but would not turn on. Don't pay for all the unuseable apps; I couldn't get most to work and I have a galaxy phone. I am not going to replace it with this kind of price.

I use this watch for fitness tracking. Mainly, walking/running and swimming, but also some weight training. At first, it was terrible at tracking swim laps, but a couple later updates seems to have solved that for the most part. It still ends a lap sometimes in the middle of me swimming one, but not very often anymore. However, now I can't trust the most basic fitness tracking feature, which is tracking my walk/run. EVERY TIME I use this feature now, it loses track of my heart rate around 5 minutes in, then picks it up again around 5 to 15 minutes before I finish and reports it around 220 bpm for that entire 5 to 15 minutes (that would imply a dire medical emergency). I was considering upgrading soon to the Active 2, but now that it's almost completely unreliable for tracking my most used fitness routines, I should likely steer clear of this brand and look at alternatives. I use it every day for this, and now, every day, I delete what the watch tracked for my walk and enter it manually using the app on my phone.

I purchased my watch a year ago. I love the watch for its features and size. I put it in swim mode and did laps in a 4 ft. pool a few times. Took it off and shook it like told in the instructions then dried it with a towel. I then experienced the LED fading in color and flickering. It continued to get worse until it went black. I sent it off for a warranty claim. Samsung said it had water damage and needed a new motherboard and LED panel. They would NOT HONOR the WARRANTY due to water damage. The rep told me that I should not have gone swimming in it even though it has a swim mode. BEWARE of MISLEADING CLAIMS of WATER RATINGS! Whatever you do, don't expose this watch to any amount of water! My husband gifted me this watch in 10/2019 and on 07/2020, the watch already had "water damage" from washing dishes & a ruined motherboard. Samsung is charging me $155 to fix the watch & claim their warranty does not cover "water damage or physical damage". The watch is NOT water resistant as they promote it to be!

So bought this 2 days ago. I absolutely love the layout and all the functions. However somehow within the 2 day period there is already scratches on it. It's supposed to be durable and I am no way rough on it yet! I have only walked around with it no gym yet. I'm definitely going to return it as I need something that can hold up in with obstacle racing and this screen will not hold up. Super sad since I love everything else.

I love Samsung products. I bought this as an upgrade from my gear fit2 The watch itself is pretty nice. Still a bit bulky. Wish it was slim like the apple watch. My major complaint is the watch band is uber cheap looking. I had to order a nice watch band online...

blood pressure only works with S9, Note9, S10, S10+. It even exclude the new S10e. The watch is nice but I bought it for the blood pressure feature and nowhere does it state that will be limited to just those phone models. Sleep tracking needs improvement. It will record me as sleeping when working on computer or watching a movie or tv in my easy chair. I can delete those spurious sleep times but it records them with rem and light/deep sleep cycles which is clearly wrong and call into question the accuracy of the data when I am asleep.

It guesses when I'm asleep. I was impressed with the sleep stage chart till I realised it's just guessing. Blood pressure feature it advertises isn't an actual feature. Heart rate isn't accurate.

I really wanted to love this watch, but the accuracy is way off. On 2 different occassions, it said I had taken 760 steps and I hadn't even taken it off the charger. Heart rate is off by a couple points. The design is nice, battery life is good, and it charges fast, but it's not worth the money. Sadly, I will be returning this watch.

Bought this for my wife, she was excited to be able to answer calls while in the pool or other times when her phone was close but not accessible. Bestbuy staff said it would be great for that. This watch WILL NOT ANSWER CALLS, just sends them to your phone. I don't know why they would take features away from a newer device - but they did.

Im so upset that it broke I after just 2 years! With the amount of money i spent and with normal and minimal wear I took a bath with it on and it shut off and never came back on. Now you can see moisture in the sensors underneath the watch. Warranty wont cover it and im out of a watch with no fault of my own!

I hate the fact that I cannot answer calls from it. It really defeats this purchase. I'll be taking it back tomorrow.
