I loved this watch, it has been absolutely amazing. However, I can not give it a high rating I would like because Samsung does not honor the one year warranty for water damage. After 1 minute in the pool, less then 6 feet deep, it shut off and is now unresponsive. I have been accused by their rep that I must have broken the rules regarding the usage in water. This is shocking, as I have never had a problem with Samsung. But this has left a terrible impression. I would not recommend purchasing this product as it seems many other are dealing with the exact issue I am facing.

Love it still learning how to use all of the applications but so far its great. Has alot of applications you can add to the watch but so far im good with the ones that are on it. Keeps me moving

My wife loves this watch. It has a slight learning curve but is response, sleek and useful. The only comment is that the SP02 feature isn't yet enabled though it appears that the sensor is on the watch.

I'm active and a member of WW so was looking for a new tracking device and decided why not have a smartwatch to track and get messages and phone calls. Love that it automatically starts a workout when I forget too as well!

This is my second Samsung smart watch. I this one so much better. I wasn’t a big fan of the strap attachment on the Gear. The Active straps can be changed like a regular watch. I like the different features on this.

I got this to replace my Fitbit versa 2. Thought it would work better with my note 10 + but I liked the versa 2 because it was simple and had everything I needed. But the Samsung is better looking but battery sucks only last a day & a half

This is my first smartwatch and i absolutely love it the phone calls are clear and the watch faces are amazing. I keeps up with my steps and reminds me to get up and move about when i have sat to long. Its great!

Love the watch, however one of my main reasons for purchasing it was that it was to have ekg/ecg capabilities. It has the sensors but they have yet to release a software update to enable them. Maybe waiting on FDA approval?? Everything else on the watch is great.... just want the EKC asap!!!

This is the smaller size and I love it. It looks girlie and fits my wrist so well. Does not give off that bulky feel of what a lot of smart watches are, plus it just runs so well, very quick with response's.

Have had the watch since release date and it has not let down. Light weight and fits well. All the features such as heart rate monitor and sleep monitor are accurate. But the auto detect on some workouts are sometimes wrong.

This was a great upgrade from my previous Samsung watch. The battery lasts about 2 days with working out and regular notifications. The sleep data is amazing. The watch is basically a mini phone.

Make sure to consider glass cover for watch (Beveled edge with no case construction). Other than that he loves it. Ease of use. Apps etc. I like my Galaxyfrontier look better, but he thinks his is better looking.

I had purchased the Active when the announcement 1 day later thay the 2nd gen was going to come out. (Super stoked so immediately I returned it unused just enough time to see it to purchase the Active 2) Pre-oder and Waited a a little over a month for release date just to find out the extra cost was just for a vibration that mimics a rotating bezel because the finger gesture still requires to go up and down and not around the touch screen to get to apps differently (like the first active) and it just vibrates while doing so but anyways the BIGGEST disappointment is the esthetics. I got the pink/gold but it looks more like a dull dirty pink including the band and the actual aluminum is more on the opaque side that looks like in the verge of rusting effect versus the Avtive (one,) that looks pretty Rosie gold shiny new look.

Actually love this watch! Does what I wanted it to, it's easy to navigate and its light and durable. Has a good battery life. The spotify app is my favorite. Just connects to my headphones. Awesome!!

I'm happy with my watch. The connection is strong even with relatively long distance from my phone. The battery last for 2 days for me. I charge it every other night.

I can receive and make calls from my new watch and also send and read messages. Excellent when I'm in meetings without having to use my cell. I recommend that you purchase the warranty and also some screen protectors.

I had the older Samsung watch and it was a bit uncomfortable. The change in the band was a smart move. The battery life is also better. Over the water is awesome with the different things you can do with it.

I have the 44mm BT version. This is my first smart watch and so far I like it a lot. It's very comfortable on my wrist. I tried out the sleep function and it was comfortable to sleep with.

I am more impressed with the quality of this watch over the Apple watch. The round screen is easy on the eyes over the square watches. The apps are amazing and the notifications work all the time. Love, love, love!

I have enjoyed my new watch. It is easy to use and does not bother me when I wear it to bed. I have enjoyed having the flexibility to answer my phone from the watch without having to grab my phone. The only problem that I have is that the charger has died already and has to be replaced.
