I am able to count my steps more effectively and use it during workout. The only thing I do not like, is that it doesn't count my calories lost accurately.

If your planning on using this for the imbedded single lead heart monitor, it only works with Samsung phones. There is a jailbreak so you can use it with other phones, however that will void the warranty. This is not a Best Buy issue, but a Samsung issue. If this had been publicized I may not have bought it. Also be prepared to have it charging for up to 6 hours every 4th day.
