I bought this watch for my mom in may 2021, and after 4 months, the watch stop working at all, the watch had not gotten wet and it had not been hit, it is in perfect condition. Best Buy they only offer you two months of guarantee, but the Samsung company is supposed to give you 1 year, after receiving a response from the company they tell us that the motherboard has stopped working and that it is wet and that the repair costs twice the cost of the watch. The watch is supposed to be waterproof, for hard work and exercise. The company told us that it is useful for doing those things but always covering all the holes and using it for a short time. Is not cheap and a waste of money.
