    Sadly, this unit has performed poorly. The screen has glitched and is now only showing half of the screen. I am returning it to Best Buy for a new unit tomorrow. I loved it while it worked. Hopefully, a replacement will perform better.

    I bought this as an anniversary gift. She asked me if it was used since their was a large "Inspected by Best Buy" sticker. She than opened the box and it was obvious that it was used (the band was scuffed, the interior of the box was dented, etc.). I bought a new watch, so we didn't even try this watch. They're sending us a new watch.

    The watch has stopped charging after 10 months. The charger that it ships with is junk, bought a new Samsung charger to replace it too. Samsung's "warranty" is ship us the watch so we can tell you how much we're going to charge you to fix it. If you don't like flushing money down the drain buy from a different manufacturer.

    watch had already had to go in for warranty and they will not fix it because they say it has water damage so now they want $200 + to fix something that is waterproof is just nuts

    I was told it was in excellent condition but it's not it has some of the paint missing around the face I want to exchange it but you can not go in the stores because you can see it real good but it work well it's just the face I will not buy another open box item unless I can see it first it cost to much to have paint missing

    Well it doesn't record deep sleep. It works fine otherwise but I'm very upset it doesn't register deep sleep. On my fitbit I was getting 1 hour of deep sleep daily. Now with this I get 2-5 minutes a night. Very frustrated with it.

    Dont buy if you need something ACTUALLY waterproof

    Bought it because its waterproof since im a dog groomer and i enjoy swimming. After just over a year (mind you, i spent almost $500 on this thing) it got water in it while swimming and no longer works! If its supposed to be waterproof, make sure it stays that way!

    200 dollar piece of absolute junk. This watch does not connect to Spotify. This watch presses random Home Screen widgets that I did not press, while my wake (movement + touch wake) features are off. Returning and extremely disappointed, I will not be buying any more Samsung products in the future.

    Worked since Christmas. Stopped syncing after an update. Just a paper weight now. App crashes whenever I try to sync. Was nice when it worked. The base watch kinda works with the default display but it's basic and ugly . If it starts to sync again I'll update . For now stay clear of this watch.

    Samsung Watch battery lasted 2 years. Then had to buy or upgrade to a newer watch. Not worth the money I paid for it. Cannot replace battery and keep same watch.

    It got damaged within a few months of using it, I went to the store to have it replaced with a new one according to the warranty I put in when I bought it, and the manager named Jason was very rude and did not want to give me a guarantee, I returned home with the damaged watch

    The watch works well, but after months of mixed messages, Samsung has finally rolled out ECG... kinda... maybe. Just bring it to all phones and carriers and I might think about upgrading down the line. Otherwise, I'll throw it on eBay and move on to a new product.

    Bought this for our teen who is an avid swimmers as watch is rated for swimming. She loved the watch but when the watch stopped working we sent it in for warranty repair and they voided the warranty saying water had gotten in the watch.
