    It didnt do what I wanted it to do. Plus thecperson that i talked to on the app said it would do what i needed it to do but it never did what i needed it to do. So that's why I'm giving it a one star.

    I bought this watch after trading in the larger version. I guess my FitBit has me spoiled. I don't find this easy to use and it doesn't stay charged like it states. To me, it was a waste of money.

    Offerd coverage I asked them to add the protection plan he said yes three time after asking come to find out it was never added into the purchase not very happy

    I kept trying to set, downloaded app, etc., but could not get it to work, it zoomed out, but would not zoom in. Returned, and Best Buy said it was defective. Did not want to try another.

    After 30 days my watch no longer worked. On the charger it said 100%, but I was not able to see anything on the screen. Returned it to get my money back.

    I had a fit bit versa 2 and I use weight watcher app. This watch does not sync with the app. So sad. I love the watch but can't use it. I will be taking it back.
