I am so lost without it while it's charging. I try not to charge itnsy night because it tracks my sleep and how well I actually slept. I had charging during the day due to I am missing steps being recorded and it can tell when I have started a workout or even a heavy walk by tracking my heart rate. I won't go back to a basic watch ever.

It is perfect for that. He enjoys the other features like step count, movement reminder, sleep tracker and looks forward to using the swim tracker soon. He's not that tech savvy so I helped him select the apps and gave him the link to the user manual. All together he's getting lots of use from this.

My husband never remembers to charge it, but it still lasts a few days. Helps a lot when he's on site working and can't hear his phone. Also gives us peace of mind by showing his heart rate.

Can start reading a message on the watch and pickup the phone and it opens the message on the phone whether it is Oulook, Gmail, Messenger, etc. Automatically tracks exercise. Can't speak too much to that. In physical therapy and it tracks the recumbant bike pretty accurately. My wife has the Active which did not come with a charger. The Active 2 seems a little more refined. The ability to make and answer calls is nice.
