I purchased this to replace my Galaxy Sport watch. I love it! My wrist is small so I love the size of the 40mm. It doesn't look bulky at all. I don't miss the rotating bezel from the sport and the pink gold color is a very nice touch. Overall, I love the watch.

I'm giving 4 stars because I'm still learning it's features. I only have two complaints so far. First one is the battery. It seems to need charged daily if I use it for more than checking my steps, time or to just preview a notification. Secondly, it's not compatible with Amazon Music. Size is good, I thought it would be to bulky but it is not and I have pretty small wrists. I took a few pictures of the different widgets available.

I was scared the 40mm would still be a bit bulky for me, but I have been very pleased. It has a very easy read display. I have only been wearing it for a few weeks now but so far I love it!

Awesome! It's perfect size for my wrist and so convenient while I work - don't have to hold my phone to wait for calls, etc. Also it's nice that I can check how steps I walked each day!

With price drops, the Active2 is a solid option for anyone looking at an alternative to an Apple Watch. I appreciate the smaller size, especially since I've added a full-wrap screen protector since I don't want to worry about always having to take off the watch when working outside and the like. Battery life is reportedly a bit shorter in the 40mm model than the larger version, but I've routinely gotten a couple days out of it by turning off the always-on display, limiting how many notifications I receive, and other optimizations you can find with a quick Google search. The only big downside isn't totally the watch's fault, but I'll ding Samsung a star in general for the hassle: If you own Galaxy Buds, you can't pair them simultaneously with this watch and your Samsung phone. Instead, you need to manually swap them back and forth using the Wear app. Airpods, meanwhile, will work with both an Apple Watch and an iPhone at the same time. Samsung should be better at making sure their products work together more seamlessly.

I am a huge fan of Samsung and this watch did not disappoint! It pairs well with my Note 9 and is feature heavy. I was looking for a watch that would BT to my phone, track for fitness and give me notifications. It does that and so much more. I like the size, it is larger than I am used to, but still looks classy.

I love this smartwatch! I have had multiple smartwatches such as the Fossil Gen 3,4 and 5, the Huawei Watch 2, the Samsung Galaxy Watch along with the Samsung Galaxy Gear S3. This is my favorite smartwatch especially for fitness while also looking great. At first I wasn't sure if the 40mm was the right size and debated whether or not to return it and get the 44mm watch active 2 because I tend to go for larger watches. However, the 40mm watch is a great size, especially if you're using it for workout. The buttons don't stick out which is good for working out. The only issue I could think of is the matte finish looks like it could get scratched easily. However, I got the Spigen Liquid Air case for it and now it's perfect! I'd definitely say, if you're looking for a good smartwatch, the Galaxy Watch Active 2 is a great smartwatch even if you don't have a Samsung phone because I would say... Tizen OS is definitely better than Wear OS.

After my Galaxy Watch broke 2 weeks before my year was up and I didn't have Best Buy's warranty I went round and round for 2 months with Samsung giving me the runaround. So this went on sale for Mother's Day and I put the only one they had in my cart for pickup. The black Active 2. Got to Best Buy and they didn't have it and couldn't find it anywhere but had 3 open boxed ones. I really wanted the silver anyway so they gave me a discount I asked for a screen protector and this time I got the Best Buy Extended Warranty and am not dealing with Samsung. Great Watch has all features that my Galaxy Watch had and more. You can answer and make calls it's lighter weight and I love how the band slides inside this hole and doesn't stick out. I have small hands and it fits perfect. I haven't even swapped out bands yet and I have 2 from my Galaxy Watch I could use. I love the silver and it goes with anything.

The size and functionality is perfect. I have been using it for over a month and I am thrilled with purchase. I'm thrilled to have saved money by purchasedling it refurbished. Thanks Best Buy !

It works great and there is no issues with Samsung Galaxy A71. 40mm is perfect size for my wife. My wife love this watch, but she wants to get a new watch strap.

I thought this watch was going to be too big for my small wrist, but it's just right. Works perfect with my phone (Samsung Galaxy S8) It is comfortable to wear, and easy to work and understand. I has made life easier when my hands are full I can answer my phone or text from it with just talking. It has made it through a lot! I swimming in it, cleaning, working on the house, dropped it on tile floor, dropped it on the driveway, and etc.... I still works just great!

I am very pleased with my purchase. I have the Samsung galaxy Gear s3 for 4 years which still works. I wanted a smaller watch to fit my small wrist better. I have no complaints with either watch. I recommend them if you have a Samsung smartphone. These Samsung watches work perfectly with Samsung smartphones.

Was a gift for my 21 yr old daughter, she loves the color and she loves the size for her wrist!! She has tried some of the features and she still learning all the cool stuff it has. So far she loves everything about it. Glad I bought it for her!

Was bought as a Christmas gift and my sister absolutely loves it. I’d say get the bigger size, the watch has a round shape, and could look a bit small. This works for her, but the bigger size is the best way to go.

I bought this watch for my wife. This watch looks great, is very lightweight, and the strap is comfortable. Battery life has been very good so far....The size is perfect. 40 mm looks chic and stylish on smaller and average wrists.

I love that I don't have to pull my phone out to see my notification. I love it tells my steps & my heart beats per min... It even tells me to get up if I sit to long. I am 57 with bad knee.I need some motivation. I love the colors. The battery lasted 3 days but I was NOT constantly touching it..I just wish it had a blood pressure monitor..maybe that will come later. I love the size perfect for me. I just wish Samsung would put screen protectors in the box with it. & amybe 1 extra strap. but it works great & does a lot more. I have had it a few days now

I haven't gone a day without this bad boy here! Beautiful design meets awesome functionality. Its also smaller for people like me with small wrists! I LOVE THIS WATCH!

I thought this would be too large for my girlfriend's arm, since she's very skinny, but she thinks it's perfect! She absolutely loves this watch.

Personally, I think the 40mm watch is for people with wrist smaller than 17cm (if you're trying to decide which size looks better on you). The battery life of the 40mm version lasts about one day and a half with always on display. Responsiveness is good. As a former Apple watch owner, I'm very happy with the purchase.

I upgraded from the rosegold Samsung Watch. Features are mostly the same. I love the size of the Active2 and how the band tucks under for a smooth look.
