I bought this watch just under 6 months ago for my wife; it started having power issues where it would say the watch was too hot and had to shut off, even after leaving it off for days. I sent it for repair directly to Samsung and got an email few days later saying it was out of warranty due to water damage in the motherboard, which, you guessed it, is not covered. My wife took very good care of the watch, it's supposed to be water resistant (30min or so I believe), the only few times that watch was exposed to water were occasional showers or when it rained outside. Long story short, Samsung refuses to abide by their claim that the watch is water resistant and will not fix it. In fact, they sent a bill totaling MORE than what we paid for the watch brand new at Best Buy. We are DONE with Samsung, period.

This was alot better product than my previous fitbit. Would have started with this if I knew how great it was

Does everything as advertised! Love that it has microphone so you can listen and talk through the watch!

Had a hard time programing it to send messages from phone to watch but I taken it to the store and they fixed it right away. Overall I'm happy with my purchase.

Love this watch . like the way it fits don't notice it at nite very comfortable to wear when I am sleeping.

Does everything I want it to do. Receive messages, calls. Heart rate seems accurate. Only issue I have is with counting stairs.

I bought this in February and it has worked wonderfully. I can answer calls and locate my phone when I miss place it.

I bought this for her birthday and it syncs up to her Galaxy S10+ and TabS6 super easy. I'm thinking of buying one for myself!
