She does like the way that it looks, but she has trouble getting it to do what she wants it to do. The directions are a tough read. We did go into the best buy store in w. Lansing, but the tech was a little rude. She didn't want to ask questions because of this. Maybe for a younger person to figure out, this would be ok. I wouldn't buy another one from Best Buy.
