She does like the way that it looks, but she has trouble getting it to do what she wants it to do. The directions are a tough read. We did go into the best buy store in w. Lansing, but the tech was a little rude. She didn't want to ask questions because of this. Maybe for a younger person to figure out, this would be ok. I wouldn't buy another one from Best Buy. After a month it's not working correctly

The front face is supposed to go dark if you put your palm over it and now it stays on. Then my watch will ring with a call but nobody can hear me. I can hear them perfectly but they don't hear a thing when I talk to them. My volume is up all the way. I'm so bummed. Will probably have to take it back. Otherwise I loved it at first
