    Functions are great, however, 10 months in, the back cover comes off with every charging. Took watch back to Best Buy Geek Squad but staff says that they do not do Samsung warranty claims and referred us to company. BTW, we are a long-term Total Tech member and have purchased many items...TVs, appliances, speakers, etc. from BB. Disappointed in response.
