It took two hours internet searching, a fruitless trip to U-break-I-fix, and AN HOUR on the phone with Samsung customer "service" before I was able to arrange to send it in for repair.

It constantly disconnects from my brand new phone even when I'm holding the phone(so it's not a distance problem.) My fitbit versa(which is a lot cheaper) would never disconnect! I'm disappointed! I expect a lot from android considering their phones are better than apple.
