I'm not very "techie" and I have difficulty accessing the fitness or health info. Some of the information, steps , etc are readily available but workout or health info isn't easy to access.

I have had this watch for about two weeks. I had just switched from an apple watch as I switched from an iPhone to a Samsung phone. The watch itself works really good but I am very disappointed on how easily the metal surrounding the glass part of the watch scratches. I have multiple dot scratch marks on the sides when I have not done anything to make that happen. I am very disappointed on how easily this watch is getting scratched.

Works okay, but inconsistent in sleep mode. Not as user friendly as I would like. Somewhat complicated. Really wish it would monitor pulse ox. Nice looking and comfortable.

I bought this for my wife because I was happy with my Galaxy watch. After less than 6 months, I had to replace mine because of issues with the back plate. After less than 4 months, the back plate on hers FELL OFF! I checked online and this is a known issue with all Galaxy watches. Worse yet is it appears Samsung does very little to nothing to correct this. We shall see when I try.to warranty replace hers.

Poor Quality & Even Worse Product Support

4 months in, the back fell off. Could not get it repaired locally so sent to Samsung who supposedly repaired it under warranty. 3 months later the back fell off again and Samsung now wants $81 to fix it since it is out of warranty. Samsung support was anything but supportive and wouldn't even hang up so I could complete the customer satisfaction survey. OMG - I'll never buy another Samsung product again!!!

I did not like this watch. My original Samsung Galaxy watch stopped holding a charge so I traded it in for this one. It did fine for phone calls and texting and stuff....but it's supposed to be the active....it seemed like the watch could not keep track of my movements. It would tell me it was time to get moving literally when I was on a walk with my kids. It would never keep track of my workouts so I wasn't ever meeting my daily goals. My mother-in-law had the same watch and experienced the same issues. We both returned them.

    Complete Letdown

I got this watch as an upgrade from a FitBit Inspire to help me track workouts with out having to bring my phone, to play music to Bluetooth headphones, act as a timer at work and school, and look good doing it. Because I'm in school and working, a purchase like this is a big deal to me, and I wanted to love it. Frustratingly, this watch only does 1 out of 4 well because it looks good. The heart rate tracker is usually just wildly inaccurate, but also enjoys simply not functioning while exercising rendering an important feature for my purposes essentially moot. I can't believe my heart rate would be the same while a half hour into a run as it would be while sitting on the couch. The interface looks good, but after trying to connect to and download music from Spotify five or six times, I've given up on trying to leave my phone at home on walks. The widgets have deleted themselves off the watch several times, including the timer, and are unable to be put back on unless I factory reset the watch. If you're looking for anything this watch marketed itself as beyond connecting to your phone, save yourself the headache and avoid this altogether. I am sorely disappointed, and am surprised to have issues like this from a Samsung product.

Yes, i know, it was my fault to buy a Samsung product to work on apple environment, i should know than only apple products work well with apple products, but i couldn't resist the price and the "compatible with apple" sign on the front, bit, it wasn't true. This product doesn't work with apple phone, you get only a notification when you receive a message or phone call, but you cannot answer, reply or anything and for that, i found useless, i am pretty sure it's great on the Android environment, but not in apple. My fault.

I had high hopes for this watch based on all of the great reviews. The interface and ease of use lived up to the expectations. The fitness aspect of it failed miserably. The calorie estimations are nowhere near accurate. As a 135# active female, it was calculating me at 50 calories per mile run and I averaged 1550 calories per day. I can burn over 1300 calories by sleeping all day, based on simple exercise physiology, so this count is way under. Samsung's support has been less than helpful. I've now had to send a BRAND NEW watch in for repairs twice, when they really should be replacing it. I did not realize Best Buy's return program was so incredibly short for electronics, so that isn't possible either. Very, very disappointed all around.
