This watch doesn't sense workouts when your heart rate begins to elevate like an apple watch. It delays it. Then it stops the workout while I'm still working out! I've tried putting the band on tighter so it can read my heartrate but that doesn't work either. If you do HIIT workouts or step aerobics there's no way to program those into the watch so you have to rely on the heartrate monitor to detect you are working out (see above for that fiasco). Also if you don't use Samsung's text service you will get double texts... no way around it. I emailed tech support about it and they apologized but no fix yet. Another workout glitch, If God forbid, while walking through my neighborhood with the watch set on 'walking' and I stop for three seconds it pauses the workout and wants to finish it... give me a break! Stop trying to stop my workout!!! So frustrating if you want to workout. Save your money.

This is a great watch, but the apps weren’t very fitness oriented. I would recommend for people who are just looking for a watch that will give notifications.

Nice style and watch functions well. Unfortunately, the back of the case falls off (after less than 3 months). This is a well documented issue on internet, which Samsung will not address. The loose back does not seem to affect the water resistance, but easy to lose the entire piece as it just randomly literally "falls off". For the price and from a good company I expect more. My wifes watch, so not abused at all, just a poor design.

I like it, however the watch drains my phone battery and the watch battery sometimes drains quickly? I have to play with the settings, but otherwise all good.

I enjoyed my Garmin multi day watch better. Didn' have to charge every day.. easier to maneuver

Bought an open box and suddenly on 15th day of purchase the watch started acting up. Now the watch works for some days and won't for others. It's hard to get hold of Samsung customer service, but after 6 months of trying, we got them and they wants us to send it to them, we will with the hope that they fix it, but we are not buying another Samsung wearable ever

Watch face was too small & I did not like that this style did not have a bezel around the face.

The watch was in great condition. HOWEVER, it came with no manual. I pushed buttons ... YES ... but how did I do it? I just got lucky ... I wanted it, so I could use it to its potential. I returned it. An it upset me, when I went to the store an asked for help. I was told "Geek Squad" could help me for a charge. No thank you. I'll return it. I would refer this to a friend. But only a new one, so they could get the owners manual. Not an "Open Box"

Ahhhh....not good, not bad...2 year warranty is a joke and Samsung doesnt honor it.

Loved this watch at first and wore it daily. The water lock failed after the fourth use of this feature and the watch no longer works. Super disappointed because I was hoping this watch would last a bit longer than a year and a half. If you are looking for a smartwatch just for simple, daily use I would give this product a try but I would be weary of trusting the water lock on this product.

Bought for a friend for Christmas and she said the watch has a few glitches but does what it's suppose to do.

It’s a pretty good fitness watch but only use it for fitness related things typically. Don’t use the ECG cause those things aren’t accurate

Bought this expecting more out of it. After setting up, installing & reinstalling 10+ times it still wouldn’t work. I was lucky enough to get the date/time correct! Definitely not worth $250 & frustration! Want to get your money’s worth, don’t buy this product!! It’s not the first time I purchase this brand and have issues with it.

This watch is a (vulgar adjective)poor idea. Don't waste your time or money! The battery life is under 24 hours, with 2 apps on. The charger is worthless, it has a magnetic connection with the watch and doesn't charge unless you hold your head just right, pray for a connection and set it down just right. The only thing it has going for it, it fits my wrist.

Battery life is maybe a day and a half if you turn off just about everything. Not worth the money spent

I don't usually write bad reviews but this watch is terrible! I purchased this for a Mother's Day gift and it has not lasted even a month. The battery has been quickly dying much faster than the stated battery life and now the unit will not even charge. BestBuy will not take it back because its past the 30 day return period.

Had this watch for 6 months and of course they find a reason the warranty won't cover fixing it. Water damage from wearing in shower no more than 5 to 10 times. Would charge it while in shower everyday because the battery life is less than up to par and charges very slow. It was my first Samsung watch and my last will not buy anything else samsung.

The watch is good but I payed a full price when it launched, and then the price dropped in a month which make me feel that I got cheated..

The charger didn’t work. The item was in good condition. Will review twice before buying used items next time.

Watch was really great at first but for some reason it now will not charge. There must be something wrong with the actual charging cable itself.
