The battery also wont last more then 3 hours

I have gone through every recommended step, and still could not get them to work. I spent an hour on the phone with Samsung yesterday and they decided that the Bluetooth version of the phone wasn't meant to get text messages. I told her there was absolutely ridiculous but they stuck to their story. Cannot believe such a nice watch from a decent company has this major flaw and cannot be resolved.
