After 10 months the most recent update would not work the watch was inoperable. Send in for customer service, and told my ACTIVE watch had water damage and was not covered, the asked for $219 to repair. I'll go back to Garmin

I'm getting blue horizontal lines and cannot use the watch. not sure how long the watch was supposed to last but would not recommend it.

As far as looks, fit and quality go, it was top notch. As far as being able to use the watch, however, it was a bit too busy and there were too many menus to get through to find things. We'll stick to having the actual phone to text and call from.

It syncs with my phone without having to carry my phone with me everywhere for tracking my steps. However, I now don't see the point to spend over $200 for this watch for steps tracking which my phone can also do. I wish a smart watch would be more advanced to do more for it's value :(
