I searched on that and found out it is a common problem. Also that Samsung frequently tells people they have water damage that is not covered, wanting to charge more than the watch cost to fix. Do your research. I only had it 4 months, took it off for showers and when I washed my face. Has a number of apps that give you the weather and more.

Samsung wont stand behind their product

I purchased a samsung active 2 watch in april of 2020, it had to be repaired a few months ago for a bad battery, fast forward a few months, it got wet (it can be worn while swimming) an hour later it went haywire, sent into be repaired under warranty. A few days later i received a bill for more than the cost of a new watch. They will not repair under warranty a watch that is made to wear while swimming because it got water in it due to either a faulty design or previous repair they say it has liquid damage. I have been around the horn with samsung departments and no one can explain to me how a watch designed and promoted to be worn while swimming has liquid damage unless it is defective.
