Absolutely terrible died in 4 months

Garbage

The build quality is awful. My wife only uses it as a day to day watch. Doesn't go on hikes or walk with it...not in the ocean, pool, or shower. The freaking back cover on the watch keeps coming off. We had the watch less then 3 months and it came off...sent it in under warranty. Now again it just came off and will have to contact Samsung AGAIN to see what we need to do. Its just a just over one year old and the same thing happened. I swear to god if they pull the card that's it over a year old. I will never buy another Samsung product.

Did not track steps

My excitement was very short lived. I wore the watch for 2 1/2 days before returning it. When I went back to Best Buy to see if there was anything that I was doing wrong the only answer I received was 'NO"! I wanted the watch to track my steps which is the main reason I bought it in the first place. Plus it was very nice looking. Well the step count was not even close to being accurate. I know this from using other fitness trackers and manually counting steps. I've owned 2 other fitness bands, different brands and models. But 1 was a Samsung. I am happy to say that Best Buy did allow me to return the watch. Thank you Best Buy! For now I am happy with my Samsung Gear Fit (not even the Pro) that is 3 years old.

Will wait for a better product

The function that this offered for the price just did not seem right. I figure there will be more enhancements to come in the 3rd or 4th generations that will make this viable, however.

Doesn't track calories burned!

Started off great but then...my workouts would randomly get deleted from my watch...annoying! After that my weekly summary stopped displaying my weekly activity and trends...disappointing! Then Samsung decided that it should stop tracking burned calories altogether!!! Why on earth would you create an update that omits a calories burned tracker from an ACTIVITY WATCH??? I'm am beyond upset and frustrated with my experience with this watch. I could have paid much less and got something with similar features if I purchased another no-name activity tracking wearable device. Absolutely not worth the money!!

Total Garbave, BUYERS BEWARE

First time, i was able to claim warranty. I shipped it to SAMSUNG and they fixed it saying there were multiple issues with the battery not holding charge and LED screen not working so the watch wouldnt turn on. The 2nd time it stopped working was 6 months after warranty ending, the watch will just not turn on, again.. For what they charge for this, i would expect it to last longer. Never buying samsung products again.

I feel it should of lasted a lot longer before dealing with a problem.

Wrong watch

I asked for thr leather strap one. He said this is the new one. It was the active 2. Im so sad and dont have thr receipt. Wont be going back to bestbuy

It didn’t go so well

I got one and plus for my girlfriend. Turns out it is hard to handle and there’s no really good instructions. I wasted my money. Sad. I wouldn’t buy another watch. I am jus using my old $10 watch

Tried to return to Best Buy, kicked to Samsung...Samsung said send in and then said we will repair for $220, mind you we purchased for just under $200...No support or backing of the watch. Watch was in premium condition (looked brand new still) We are a firm believer in Samsung products, but seems a serious issue with this watch and known as they were not interested in any type of support and sent back a dead watch. Buyer beware!

I purchased this watch for my Mom for Christmas; however, her phone carrier could not provide sync services because, the watch had to be purchased from the service provider, only. Ridiculous, Samsung allows each service provider to dictate an additional and expensive restrictions for their products.
