    Watch battery is not very good. Had to charge it daily. Got a Galaxy watch 5 and am much happier.

    Horrible smartwatch. The battery does not last and now I can not return it. I decided to switch to apple because this watch was so horrible

    The watch itself stops charging on its own, so I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE PURCHASE OF THIS WATCH!! Ive had it for going on 2 years in May & had the battety replaced once already & in less than a year later, watch completely stopped charging again! I had the "geek squad" service for 2 years too, but comes to find out their service sucks due to once you use the service for repairs, tthat's it, you can't use it fir the 2nd. uwar although you "paid for the 2 year service"!!

    Battery is awful. Doesn't hold a charge at all. I charge my watch to 100% every night over night and by 9 pm ot is dead. Not impressed at all.

    Love the watch; however it now makes a buzzing sound as if a piece is broken. I made an attempt to exchange it at Best Buy but they rejected me. I wish the return policy was better...

    The watch was fine (my daughter loved it). But Best Buy’s delivery service was a joke. It took more than 3 weeks to deliver and arrived after Christmas. Never again with Best Buy.

    I bought this watch for my wife last November. It stopped working in March - wouldn't hold a charge. Sent back and was repaired. Two months later, same problem, except that now Samsung claims 'water damage' which voids the warranty. Never mind the fact that the watch is advertised to go 50 ft underwater; we live in the desert and my wife has never worn the watch near water. Do an online search and you will find that Samsung has been pulling this 'water damage' stunt on a LOT of smart watch owners. I will be suing them in small claims court.

    There aren't many options to purchase from, but this protector lasted about a week till it peeled off. It was difficult to apply on as well. I hope they come out with a better protector.

    Bought it brand new from bb. When it was open fingerprints on the top and bottom No film to cover top or bottom, had the large band attached. No small band . Wasn’t in sleeves as usually the bands are. Wouldn’t track heart rate. Bothered my mom that it was used. Paid a lot of money for a brand new one. Returning.

    Quit working in less than one year. Screen went totally blank. Factory reset could not be done. Found out it was a known issue. Best buy took back no questions.

    Watch was great. But no longer working took it in for repairs with Best Buy said nice I have the warranty. Watch will no longer turn on. Lasted 8 months

    I pre-ordered this watch before the release. When I received it, I decided I wanted the 40mm version instead. I returned it and they quickly ordered me the one I wanted. When it arrived, it was double taped as if it had been open. I figured it was a mistake. When I opened the box, the watch was bare (no plastic screen cover) and there was fingerprints on it. The side button was completely worn and the paint was rubbed off. I ended up returning it. I paid for a brand new watch and ended up with an open box watch.
