I love not having to bring my phone with me while on a run, or working out to know how much i've burned. This makes it so much easier. I love all the app features and that you can easily text/make calls on the go. The only thing I wish they had was more app variability, where you can customize what notifications you get from each app.

Less than 2 years old now and it wont last a full regular day. Overall, it is not a bad watch and functions good as an exercise companion. Negatives would be 1)Drops connection to phone frequently. 2)Not always accurate on counts

This is a very poorly built product. The screen started to malfunction and I sent the watch for repair under warranty. Samsung came back with "Out of Warranty" estimate for $229 claiming that they found water damage inside. This is more than a cost of a brand new watch! The watch has never been submerged in water and even advertised to be water resistant to some degree, yet they found water damage inside, which in my understanding means that the seals just failed to provide even basic protection from sweat or water splash. Samsung was unwilling to stand behind the product and repair it under warranty knowing that this watch has so many complaints about the water issue due to poor design or some failing part. I recently had another bad experience with Samsung repair service when I sent my Galaxy Buds Live for repair under warranty. They came back from repair having the same exact issue and nothing was fixed. I was planning on buying 75'' 4K Samsung TV, but after having two negative experiences with customer service I've made a decision to go for another brand. Not sure what they do in other countries, but here in US the customer service is simply unacceptable. Not buying another Samsung product ever again.

Great watch, fast, brilliant screen, but the glass is ridiculously easy to scratch and crack. 2 weeks - one scratch one crack. Have worn many different smart watches, this is ridiculous! Gravely disappointing, but i still love the watch it is an replacement for a Samsung s2 or s3, that i had for almost 3 years. They need to improve the glass!

This was my first smart watch. Mostly use it for workouts and mountain biking. Works great as expected.

Great watch. Sturdy but not bulky and easy to switch out the straps. Texting from the watch works great, it tracks steps well, and it's easy to add glasses of water quickly.

Beautiful and durable watch. Long battery life and long life in general. Comfortable and sleek

Love this watch! I've never had any issues and it is nice that I can change the bands and watch faces.

I have the active 2 40 mom and I absolutely love my watch. I can locate my phone, answer calls, play music and do more with it. I would purchase this watch again. I have not been disappointed from day one.

I wanted to love this watch! It was a gift from my husband. He wanted to gift me something to track my spin class and workouts. The beautiful design and user friendly interface immediately grab my attention. Sadly, the performance fell flat. I must mention this is my second device. I returned the first one thinking it was a lemon but, now I am on my second and it still isnt performing. It doesn't pick up exercise and calories correctly. For example: 45 min intense spin class with dance moves and hand weights only tracked 109 cals, plus it said I only worked out 30 mins when I was vigorously on a bike for 45mins. When I walk my dog around the block it tracks higher calories burned. I am so sad that I will have to return this one as well. Not worth $290, I'm going to try a fitbit.

Like the watch! 4 yrs later still works but one of my sensors has failed.

Over all is a good so far. But, found out it can't really play spotify on watch directly unless you have a spotify premium account. It can only use as a remote to control spotify app on your phone. Very disappointing.

I have nothing bad to say about the Samsung Galaxy watch yet.

Great buy. It is very durable. The battery life is better than the 1st serie
