My son loves his watch. He uses many of the functions such as the fitness tracker, calls, text, heart monitor, etc. It has been in the shower so it is water proof.

I love this watch. I was very used to the samsung gear fit 2 and pro. I'm not too fond of the menu but I jumped right in not really caring about the best way to use it. I got the active 2 because you can actually talk on it when in range with your phone and it's clear. Heard a lot of complaints about the apple watch and I can hear people and they can hear me. I've owned 4 gear fits and you get a lot of use for not much more money. Can speak to text or write letter by letter or go old school. I love it

I wear this all the time unless charging. I use it to count my steps while I'm away from my phone (like work). I like that I can set alarms and timers for it. My favorite part was choosing pictures for my lock screen on it. For fitness it counts reps pretty well, it also automatically keeps track of you are running or walking at a constant rate, which I really appreciate since I am forgetful. It can also track calories and cups or water/caffeine. Audio is clear when taking calls and listening to Spotify (you need WiFi or your phone near by if you want it to work) I think it's a good watch, but it's just a watch, don't expect too much out of it.

Love the watch and all the features. Very easy to setup and sync with my phone. The only downside is the limited battery life. The watch needs to be charged daily.

The watch itself looks really sharp and is pretty easy to use. The Samsung Health app, however, is not very user-friendly and is pretty restrictive. For example, you can't edit your workout time or sleep time like you can with the Fitbit app. The battery life is also pretty short compared to my Fitbit. I can only get a day and a half (maybe two) out of this watch before having to charge it again for 2 hours. That being said, I haven't had any issues with my watch syncing to my phone or randomly dying like my Fitbit did.

The Samsung Galaxy Watch 3 continues to offer one of the better smartwatch experiences on the market, with a dazzling design and top-end spec that allows it to run as smoothly as any other wearable of this age and still compete with newer watches. It isn’t faultless, and its improvements over the original Galaxy Watch are limited, but if the middling battery life or high price don’t put you off this may be perfect for you.

I switched to this model when it first came out and I loved how it was smaller since I have a tiny wrist. It keeps up with daily steps, sleeping patterns, heart rate and much more but those the main reason I don't take it off unless it's to charge it. My doctor can pull up my activity log and see how I have been doing without me having to do a lot of explaining. I recently had the Gastric Bypass surgery so this watch helps me keep up. You can even count calories but I don't have the time or patience to do it. You can click a button and it helps you find your phone. That's a life saver cause I leave mine all over the house.

Got this during the black friday deals, has a lot of nice features, but miss the the square face and slim design that I had with the Gear2. Not getting 2 days of battery either like they claim.

I used to be fairly loyal to the FitBit brand over the years (starting with the release of the FitBit Blaze) but overtime FitBit wasn't really improving as far as additional features or value was concerned and finally switch to Samsung. The amount of additional features for the Samsung Active2 (being an actual smartwatch) compared to the Versa/Charge/Ionic is massive and the price is comparable to the Versa. I'm glad I made the switch and look forward to newer watches in the future from Samsung.
