The amount of functionalities that this watch possesses is absolutely amazing. She loves tracking her heart rate and other attributes. She stated that she does not know how she can live without it. It has even allowed her to be more productive, from answering calls directly from the watch and seeing all of her emails and text instantly. This watch is a WIN.

The biggest drawbacks to the Gear was battery life and GPS accuracy. But one of its biggest pluses was the ability to simulate a magnetic strip when paying with Samsung Pay (MST). This ability is gone with the Galaxy Watch, and the number of terminals I can use it to pay with has diminished dramatically. So, I take away a star. Battery life and GPS accuracy are MUCH improved.

Samsung has almost built up their ecosystem to where it can rival Apples in a sense. The interface is smooth and the workout functions still hit where they need to. Plus it automatically detects when you're working out and what it is...cool. Ive reccomeneded this to many of my Samsung using friends.

This turned out to be a good choice. She already has a Samsung phone so this made a great match to her device. It has lots of features that she uses AND it's waterproof. The band has "easy release" pins which makes changing bands quick and painless. So buy a couple of different color bands to add an extra layer of versatility.

There are so many different functions to the watch that makes my routine just a bit easier. Lately I have been into monitoring my sleep and with the watch on I can do that and it'll leave me a detailed breakdown of how long I slept in each state. The battery life is great. It last longer than my phones battery.

I can track my steps, heart rate and sleep, as well as play music and take calls. What I like most is that I can set my timer from it during workouts, instead of having to go over to my phone to do it. Saves time and makes for an efficient use of time. I also love the various watch face options. My only regret is that I didn't get the 44mm, as I'd like a little bigger face. Really wish I'd have gone that route.

kinda disappointed in samsung not best buy

They said i had to send my bands in and they would send me new larger ones. 2 weeks ago the replacement bands arrived, they are also m/l and grey not black contacted samsung about that 2 weeks ago and still have no answer from them. So i have a 6 week old watch i can't wear or return and no answer from samsung
