They said i had to send my bands in and they would send me new larger ones. 2 weeks ago the replacement bands arrived, they are also m/l and grey not black contacted samsung about that 2 weeks ago and still have no answer from them. So i have a 6 week old watch i can't wear or return and no answer from samsung

I can track my steps, heart rate and sleep, as well as play music and take calls. What I like most is that I can set my timer from it during workouts, instead of having to go over to my phone to do it. Saves time and makes for an efficient use of time. I also love the various watch face options. My only regret is that I didn't get the 44mm, as I'd like a little bigger face. Really wish I'd have gone that route.

I'm very happy with it. The step counting is accurate. The apps to track walking or biking are easy to use. It does not count flights of stairs correctly, but that seems to be a common problem with this type of device. I didn't think I would use the phone features of the watch, but I find them very handy!

It is a great smartwatch, easy to navigate the multi-functions and it looks very smart on her wrist. She is abit of a geek and learned all the functions in a day. She then showed my how to use mine. Her bezel is a little smaller than mine but the right size for her wrist. She just loves it and so do I.
