Android phones give all the benefits to the watch. I love the style, truly looks like a premium wrist watch which kind of hides the fact that it’s a fitness tracker. Not very bulky or rugged. Just as nice to ware out and about as it is to ware working out. Was a gift. Returned mine due to some of the functions not able to sync with iPhone.

I love that it connects with my cell phone, so contact list is in the watch and the phone. If I get a text on the watch and respond, I can see the whole conversation on the phone. My phone stays in my pocketbook, safe and sound as I do things. In the house, the phone stays on my desk, and I am free to do what I need to anywhere, without looking for my cell...and it tracks my steps.
