The smooth design is nice and blends in like any other watch, which I give a plus over an apple watch. The price is great and reasonable compared to others and is great for active people.

I was worried some features wouldn't work with my pixel phone, but everything works perfect. I only wished the battery lasted longer. That's where it lost a star. Only lasts 6ish hours with the fancy watch faces

Great quality and comfortable enough to wear everyday. I started off wearing it to sleep, but now I give my skin time to breathe. It can get a little moist under the band after while. The watch does a pretty good job of tracking heart rate. I checked it along with a digital blood pressure machine and it got the same heart rate. My only complaint is really the battery life. I changed the heart rate monitor to manual only, and changed a few other settings. I can get about 2 days out of it without charging it. But I think that once life goes back to normal after COVID, the battery may drain more because of increased use. But I loved it enough to buy my mom one so I definitely recommend.

Bought for my wife for a gift. Does everything she wanted in a tracker and a bit more. She has it linked to her S20, and loves it.

This is the replacement for Samsung Active, that in turn was a replacement for Samsung Watch (the first of the waterproof series). So I would highly recommend the BesyBuy replacement plan!!! However , this is some what improved version of Samsung Active Watch - wich I greatly enjoyed till the battery started failing with in 13 month of use, as it was with the one before. It seems to do all of the usual bell and whistles very well. I do use it every day ,all day - so turn it off at night and on in the morning. So far had to charge it once in two days. By the end of second day usually have about 15% of battery left. All of the features are working very nicely. No EKG yet:)

Right now the essentially uncontested king of smart watches is the Apple Watch. It's sleek, easy to navigate, has a great set of features, and... only works with iPhone. The Galaxy Watch Active2 is sleek, easy to navigate, has a great set of features, and better battery life than my Apple Watch Series 4 did in my personal testing. Fitness tracking is excellent, with running, lifting, hiking, and bike riding all providing accurate results. With O2 monitoring enabled, this watch is only missing one feature I wish it had: Continuous monitoring. Having to navigate to a screen and take one test that takes 30 seconds means it's just not a super useful feature yet.

Overall, I am really enjoying this watch. I like that I can answer calls and texts so easily. The health features are nice too. I used a Fitbit for years, the versa being my last one. I switched mostly because I could answer calls and texts. As far as the fitness part Fitbit is the winner hands down, in my opinion. I rated it a 4 only because the battery life is not what was stated. If I let it drain completely it would probably last almost 2 days. That is adequate but not what was stated. Yes, I could turn off features but why pay the money for a watch and then not use the features? It could be that I am just used to the 4 days the Fitbit would last. Overall I am happy with this watch and would purchase again.

Good watch for anyone in the Galaxy ecosystem!

It's pretty good. Overall if you are in the Galaxy ecosystem you should definitely get this watch. It takes some learning, I came from iPhone/Apple Watch and I definitely need to learn some things, and I don't really know how to use every feature yet. But overall I have no big complaints except that some of the built-in watch faces can be dumb. Like the one I'm looking at now, they have date but not day of week. But at least they allow 3rd party faces unlike Apple - so maybe with some work I can find better faces. I was going to rate this 4 stars but I had to bump it up to 5 based on this alone: the amazing battery life on this blows my 1 year old Apple Watch Series 5 out of the water. I can charge it Friday morning, wear 24 hours a day all weekend so I can do sleep tracking, and charge again Monday morning. My Apple Watch could make it about 36 hours max with no charging, so I HAD to charge it every morning. In my research I thought this was the best watch for someone with the following needs and I think most of these hold true: * Does not lock you into iOS * Can do notifications, voice based timers, etc. * Can help you find your phone (although frankly my Google Home (Nest) Mini does this more reliably, I've discovered) * Not gigantic (Galaxy Watch 3 seems too big to me) * Doesn't cost $300+ I'm not into working out, tbh so I'm not sure if it's the best for that and can't really compare it to the Apple watch on that subject either. Minor con: 1. When looking at messages someone sent you, the Watch can't actually show you a photo. It just says "Photo." The Apple watch shows it. It's not big but you can get an idea of it. I'm positive this isn't a technical limitation. Fix it! 2. Sleep tracking could be better. When I don't wear my watch to bed (forgot to charge it, usually), Samsung Health should assume I slept from a few minutes after I stopped using my phone until I first picked it up. AutoSleep on the Apple Watch does this, and it's a 3rd party app. At least prompt me to log my sleep when I wake up. Don't just leave it out.

This watch has great functionality. Easy to use. The battery could last longer, but I do have the pulse tracker on all day. If this is turned off, it probably would extend the battery life.

When I got this device, the battery was draining so fast, but it was a setting issue vs a defective issue. Once I changed the auto wake to off, the battery was lasting longer. I love everything about watch. It has many options and the app is working flawlessly with the watch--the reason I made the switch from fitbit was because of app issues, sync issues, etc. I do wish that there was a dancing, aerobics, and free weight workout option on the physical watch, but for now I just use "other workout" and then edit the name of the workout I am doing. Overall this has been an EXCELLENT transfer and I am hoping it stays that way.

Like sending and receiving messages from watch through phone. Like it tracking activity. Battery only gives 1.5 days before needing recharged. Charging is easy but must be done too frequently.

I owned two of those other watches that tracked your activities and this is much nicer! I love that I can turn my phone alarm off from this watch. I usually only get about two and half days out of a charge but I think that has something to do with the settings and how often it updates my phone and measures my heart rate. Haven't had a chance to look too far into it yet. Overall I am very satisfied with this smartwatch and would recommend it to anyone, especially those using that other fit device!
