This was my first smartwatch purchase ever. Personally, I've never been a fan of any of the smartwatches on the market with the exception of the Apple Watch, and that's not an option for me because I'm a Samsung smartphone user. I'm also not a fan of the more rugged, bulkier watch designs with the complicated rotating bezels and numbers. Well, Samsung really knocked it out of the park with the Watch Active2! The design of this watch is gorgeous!

Comfortable, easy to use calls sound good and texts are easy to read. The battery has to be charged every two days, but it only takes a couple hours.

Nice looking watch, easy to read even though round face. Good fitness and all around smart watch. Battery life is not too good. Full charge always says 1 day 9 hours. Depending on usage of apps etc it is less some days. Tried wearing 24 hours a day but after a week the band causes skin rash. This also happened on my fitbit watch and I returned it. Thought I would try this watch but same thing, this time I just purchased a metal replacement band instead. Sleep tracking is useless feature, Doesn't tell you much, nor accurate, so now I don't wear overnight anymore.

I've been a Fitbit user for years and was always happy with my tracker or watch until recently when I started having connection issues between my phone and Fitbit so I decided to try the samsung active 2 since I have a samsung phone. OMG I am so impressed with this watch! It is so smart and easy to use. Haven't had any issues with it at all and am so pleased with the design, accuracy, connection, and features. If you are on the fence, it is so worth it!

I like this watch because I'm able to view my text messages and emails on it. I can also make and receive calls which makes it nice when I'm out and about. I don't have to use my phone. I also use it to track my steps and how many miles I walk. It also keeps track of my sleep pattern and heart rate. If I misplace my phone, I can find it with my watch and it will call my phone. That comes in handy cause I'm always misplacing my phone. I can also play music on it.

I simply love this watch. It replaces the fitness band I was wearing. The face is nice a bright and the controls are a breeze to use. I love the GPS tracking when I bike ride, and it even shows you a map of your ride when you are done. The battery easily lasts me 2 days and charges quickly with the fast charger that comes with the watch. I was also surprised at how easily the watch paired with my Honor 7x phone. I've been very pleased with this watch and highly recommend it.

Waited until Christmas to open/start using. Like the features. Bought other watch bands to use. Loaded Galaxy apps and Plug Ins. Also loaded Samsung Health app. I'm not thrilled with that app. It seems like when I record workouts for elliptical the calories are way way low compared to say Fitbit. Also when recording exercise it doesn't seem to count the steps (?). I may just have to tweak a setting or something. I'm going to load another health app in place of Samsung Health and see if that works better for me. I'm still learning how to get the most out of the watch; I need to go through the features.

I typically purchase cheaper watches, but this one caught my attention due to the color. I got the right size.

The Active 2 is a tad larger than the Acyive one, but great improvement in looks over the Normal Gear Sport. The Bluetooth dosnt reach very far as expected. Dosnt work in in 2 story home. Basically I can be directy above or below one story of my house and it disconnects from phone in office. Only reason we spent more on the Active 2 vs the one was so the wife can take and see calls on her watch around the house and not have to lug the big galaxy phone all over with her

Bought as a present but might get one my self. The color is amazing but not only this the watch itself has so many features it's crazy for the price. If you're an athlete and have an Android device I could easily see this being a competitor to the apple watch. It allows you to use Spotify and has really useful tools to monitor your health. Even has fall detection which is even better if you want to monitor your older folks!

More functional than a fitbit. Just wish the battery lasted longer for everything it can do

I switched to a Samsung watch/tracker after many years w another brand, whose trackers simply stopped working. I have a Galaxy S10+ phone and the integration is seemless. Pros: The app and watch have a robust quantity of customizations Can control my phone thru the warch (take pictures, reply to texts, etc.) The distance tracked seems spot on. I like measuring my stress level in real-time The watch is comfortable to wear. 2 cons: battery life seems to be just over a day, which could be a reflection of my settings.. The watch does a poor job of counting "floors".

This smartwatch is heavily focused for active people who exercises regularly and walks a lot everyday. It haves running and workout trainers, and reminders of activity for every hour. Will make a weekly tracking of activity, taking in account steps by day (6000 is the factory setting but can be changed), time wake up and training time. It can also monitor time and quality of sleep. The drawback is that the Spotify app fails most of the time, requiring literally to restart the bluetooth connection every time we listen music, to display properly.

This watch replaced my older Samsung rectangle type that I got with my old Note 7. This was a returned watch with a full warranty as they were out of stock on new ones and it appeared brand new. I enjoy being able to answer my phone if my phone is out of my reach. The silicone-plastic band made my wrist sweat so I bought a leather band. My battery lasts about a day and a half, perhaps that’s why it was returned. Overall, I like it. My old watch had a band that always fell off dropping the watch literally to the floor. I’m just happy I have a watch that stays on lol...

Have had fit bits in the past. But my last fit bit stopped relaying messages which was the most important feature for me. I know I won't have a problem with that anymore since I own a Samsung phone and now the watch. Love that you can customize the screens and apps. Love the look of it too. No complaints. Love that it's waterproof since we have a pool that we spend a lot of time in. My husband was so jealous that now he wants a Samsung watch!

Easy to use everything at your fingertips. I wished the battery would last longer, other than that great product.

I am loyal to my Samsung Galaxy phone and was excited to try the Samsung Active watch being that it's very similar to the Apple watch. I was looking for a watch to easily track my workouts and this watch is perfect. I like the rose gold color, it's very appealing. I've even had several of my friends, who are apple watch users, comment on how they like the design and round face. Overall, very easy to use and designed well. Definitely recommend.
