The customer service representative assured me that the watch was compatible with the Verizon system. To my dismay, I could not get the watch set up so I went to my Verizon store to get technical support. The service technician was unable to pair the watch and discovered that the watch in fact was not compatible with the system. I returned the watch to Best Buy and purchased another gift at another retailer.
