This new watch, the Active 2, provides a lot of information and talks to me constantly. However I have a small wrist and needed to get the smaller 40mm size. It is difficult to bring up apps and widgets, as their icons are all crowded together in a small space. No matter how many different ways I try to "double tap" or "double touch lightly" the face, it takes may times until I can bring up what I am looking for. I still can't answer phone calls, as swiping the face when the phone rings doesn't work. I haven't even bothered trying yet to type out an email or a text, figuring it will be impossible to touch the correct keys, or to bring up the app and speak what I want to write. It does cheer me on in exercising and gives the weather. I had chosen this model as I liked the colorful petals on the photo of it, but I couldn't add to this face the temperature and my steps, so I had to choose a plain black face, which is not as attractive.

It doesn’t have an ecg monitor, battery life isn’t great and she questions her step counter. Positives are it’s beautiful, color and screen are sharp and messaging is easy. She is making me rate this as 4 stars. Me personally, I’m Apple guy and would rate this watch as a double negative zero. Not only is it not Apple, well, it’s not Apple.

Great smart watch

It monitors your activity, hold you accountable (reminds you to exercise). Love that I do not need my phone when I go places. Also love the find my phone feature, I used that a few times. You can download music, control smartthings, monitor HR, Etc. This watch does not disappoint. Would definitely recommend

I wanted to wait at least month to give a review. The screen it's very clear, sometimes I do get calls later then my phone, but I guess it has to do with the network. I don't use Bixby it's super super slow and the only commands that it works on set an alarm but not extended commands like the phone which I wish one day Samsung fix it. But other then that it's good.

I wanted the timer to run just like the Garmin; however, you have to buy or download apps to do this. That is the ONLY thing that isn't on this watch. I love it; looks like a real watch and not something you are struggling with on a tiny wrist. It's easy to use and fun. Samsung makes it so you have so many options, too.

They scheduled a delivery and said it could take up to 10 days, but I received the watch in 5 days. The tracking updated daily so I was able to track the package to make sure I was home to accept it. The product was packaged nicely. The watch has been very user friendly and I'm enjoying it.
